  Like many others I have read on here that I'm too have problems with playback of HD DVD.

  However the difference for me seems to be that, initially, I was able to read my DVD HD (it was the movie 300 passing) until I tried to connect the laptop to my HDTV via HDMI (it is only 720 p not 1080i). He doesn't have to play with the message "not responding". Now, the HD-DVD will not play even on the laptop.

  Any suggestions?

  I tried to use windows restore without success and also tried to download the update of the driver, as described in other posts, but the download is not completed. (also I can't find an update of the firmware on the Toshiba site)

First thing I would check if something suspisious was happaning on an internet banking site would be to ensure it's the correct Web site and that it is safe. This can be done by seeing if there is a small green padlock at the top right of the window next to the address of websites, ensure it is there and the name of the company that has applied for security is the same as you try to access as natwest banks PLC.
