  The reason why you get this error is due to problems with the integrity of the install file. If you downloaded the installation file you want to remove the existing installation file and re-upload. This will often fix this problem by getting you a fresh and non-corrupt installation file.

  Try to run Photoshop with the SHIFT key is pressed and skip loading part tird plug-in and try to use the Board contact II.  A version of plug-ins from third parties have been known to break Photoshop Scrippting.
