  Hi, I used Migration Assistant to copy the data from my old machine to a new MacBookPro. At the launch of CC for the first time there was a lot of error messages, so I uninstalled all my Apps CC and began to resettle.   If you can take a look under My Documents > Adobe > Adobe Media Encoder > 8.0 > Presets?  If you happen to see a link to alias for Presets, remove it and revive the SOUL.

  Looks like the problem is solved! I was appalled when I saw how many emails I had stored and deleted a large number of them. Then after restarting the computer, everything seems to be back to normal! Praise be to God! Too, Firefox seems to be back to normal after that I did a cleaning.
