Not synchronized between iCloud &; MS Outlook notes
Hi, I use Microsoft Outlook 365 (2016 edition) x 32, Windows 10 x 64. I use Notes and synchronize them between my iPhone 5 and iCloud without any problem. I installed iCloud lates for Windows and have no problem with sending & receiving e-mails and synchronize tasks between iCloud and MS Outlook. I don't use iTunes to sync my tasks and mails.
The problem. Fiolder 'Notes' in Outlook (in iCloud folder) is completely empty, but it should contain my Notes here. I tried to reinstall iCloud for Windows without success. I need to resolve, to work with the Outlook Notes. At a minimum, I want to read offline - now I have to open the browser and go to iClouds.
How to solve this problem?

With your iPhone, it seems very likely that you have already upgraded your notes to the new version. If this is the case, note what is mentioned here:

Tried several times. Windows Update keeps prompting me to install but it fails every time.
I was finally able to solve the problem of not being able to update KB975051 and KB976882 by taking the following measures:

I suggest you turn off Auto complete and then check if you face the same problem.
a. open Outlook Express.
b. click on Tools.
c. click on Options.
d. click the send tab.
e. uncheck the e-mail address automatically complete when composing box.
f. click OK.
Turn Auto complete and test again to see if the behavior is better. To activate it again, follow the same steps as above, but put a check mark in the box.

As standard, the contacts are synchronized on your default contacts folder in Outlook (hard for me to say the folder in which you have standard). You can manually change the file via PC Companion, so you do not check the wrong folder in Outlook. See the steps below:
Open PC Companion > press Start on Contacts > press Start on Contacts Sync > mark "sync contacts directly with my phone / Tablet via a USB cable" and press Next > you should now see the following screen:
Tap "Settings" (the one I marked on the screenshot) > personal data selection choose > properties to Contacts > you can now brand select a folder and press Browse > here you can choose the folder in which you want to use when you synchronize your contacts.
You can now try to sync your contacts again and check if the folder you chose manually to see if your contacts are displayed in Outlook.

My Dell 1720 runs on Windows Visate Home Premium. Sometimes, Outlook stops responding and will not recover. I launch the Task Manager to stop the program. He is unable to stop Outlook. 3rd party applications and malware are often cause for this. Have you tried the clean boot such as suggested above (that isolates the background application that could cause the problem)? Also try to run a full scan with your antivirus.

Outlook is a part of the office.
Windows Mail in Vista is the replacement of e-mail for Outlook Express (XP) program.

The Z10 and Evernote blackBerry Outlook Notes
Playing with Evernote and Outlook notes, I can modify existing notes, or create a new note, but it seems I can only delete a note from my office and not my phone.
Is this OK or I'm just missing something.
Pretty simple both Evernote and Outlook Notes I figured that by opening and just holding my finger on the desired note a sliding screen open on the right with a few options, delete being one of them.

I've set up by O2 of BIS and links to 3 email accounts. They are all IMAP. I start Outlook to connect to these accounts from my laptop. Almost everything works perfectly. Always receive emails for delivered to Outlook and Blackberry OK. If I open an e-mail or delete it on Blackberry, then this is reflected in the accounts of e-mail OK. All emails deleted on the Blackberry are displayed in a basket on my email account. What does not work, it is when I delete or read an e-mail in Outlook. This is reflected on the Blackberry and I have to manually read or delete messages on the subject. All the settings for accounts on the Blackberry look good balance that is wireless enabled, the victories of the mailbox and delete on handheld and mailbox is enabled. If I do a balance now, nothing happens, read and deleted messages are still on the Blackberry.

We are using Exchange 2003 and BB10 tests at the moment. I got the active BB10 and configuring activesync correctly. Email, calendar, tasks, contacts are working properly, but only the Notes could not be in sync to the BB10.
Im not sure if it is problem activesync or BB10 problem. As I pointed out, Notes Sync didn't work on iphone or android via activesync connection either. But I heard ppl saying that Notes can be synchronized between exchange and BB10 via activesync. So I wonder if it is possible and if so, how do I make it work?
