  I have some other ideas, but it becomes more an environmental issue. Something (I couldn't say what) is causing interference with the audio. As this occurs only with online video/music and not anything ran computer laptop or DVD directly, this indicates that it would be something to do with the Internet.

  There might be questions about Internet bad signals via wireless or bad connections to Web sites. You have problems with streaming?

  You can also try to connect to your network with an Ethernet cable, to test. The question is perhaps more wireless streaming. Again, this could indicate some sort of interference.
  You can also test your router with the nearby. If you notice the problem disappears in some places but is apparent or worse in others. Check to see what's around, other devices may cause the buzz.

  Have you noticed problems in streaming video and audio on other capable network devices (iPhone, Desktop, etc.).

  The last possibility, again it goes back to poor/bad Internet could be the router itself. If it is older, then it might 'go. '

  I know nothing of the above are direct troubleshooting suggestions for the laptop, but two doing exactly the same thing is very rare. More often then not it is and indication that "something else" happening. The idea and the tests above could help determine what exactly will.

  I believe that the only way to hear the alarm sound only through headphones would be if you used the third-party alarm app on the AppStore. In this case the sound played is considered by your phone as media, not the alarm itself, so it will only go through your headphones. But remember that alarm will only power off if you keep the application open.

• How to get an ALARM on the watch, once my iPhone is disconnected.

  Well - it happened again. I forgot my iPhone yesterday - just the home and not in some (worst) restaurant and it made me remember what I expected my Apple Watch do - right out of the box last year:

  1.) when I leave my house and that you forget to take my iPhone with me the watch should generate an alarm (buzzer and sound.)

  (2.) it would work in the opposite direction: the phone would have me alarm when it disconnects from the watch.

  Does anyone know of an app that would - or could we expect something like this in a (or the) next update?

  Hi all

  I recently ran a question with the DSC alarm event & logging. I have a number of all shared variables libraries set up to record data and alarms at the Citadel. I double checked that the library itself is configured for data recording and alarms, as well as all the variables. Using the DSM, I can see all alarms active in the system across all libraries and can receive all the alarm by program change events.

  For some reason, alarms to one of the libraries are logging, and attempt to query the historical events & alarms via MAX raise an error at about 14 of 15 times (with no code error or indication of why it fails). I have also tried to check the database of the Citadel, with it fails with an error unspecified (presumably during archiving on the side of things alarms, archive data seems to work).

  Can anyone offer an overview on how to solve the problem, preferably without data loss? In addition, how can I avoid this problem in the future?

  Thanks for the suggestion. I tried the llb related, but it could not remove existing data. That said, I managed to resolve the issue.

  Removal of the database of alarms (not only the alarms), did the trick. My approach was:

  1. stop all libraries through DSM

  2. create the new base of Citadel by MAX

  3. use DSC Archive Traces VI to check in the footsteps of the database active for the newly created database

  4. remove the active database

  5 detach the new database

  6. move the new database on disk for the location of the old database

  7. set the new database with the same name as the old database

  8. start all libraries

  At this point all the alarms started logging in correctly and I can query the alarms without problem. The system is on a UPS now, so I hope that any future power failure does not affect the things.

  Out of curiosity, have restarted your device since the upgrade?

  Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart.

  Then test the alarms emit again.

• not triggered alarm not: insufficient vSphere HA failover resources

  This alarm is only triggered when a HA action fails?  I have a cluster of two hosts ESXi 5.0, and since I'm on more than 50% of available memory on each host, for me, it seems that I can't tolerate a single host failure.

  

  HA and DRS are enabled on the cluster, and the "admission control policy", I have 'percent of reserved failover cluster resources', set at 50%.

  I'm not aware of an alarm like this. You may be able to find something through google or create something yourself. On the creation of reserves for your virtual machines? Or less the most important? This way you can ensure that they will get resources when they restart. Or if you really want you can replace admission control by hosting dedicated failover policy? (I do not think that I recommend with what I know of your situation, but it will give you what you ask for).

  • Virtual machines will re-start safely on different hosts
  • Virtual machines would not be restarted on different hosts

  With this information, you can better plan the location and configuration of your infrastructure to reduce the downtime of your virtual machines / Services in case of failure of the host.

We have seen no alarm on the host in advance, then I noticed that there is no tab alarms. You can monitor the usage of cpu/memory/disk with just the vsphere client? If so, how?

  HI - above is a link to some audio that I am trying to clean up (from an old tape of tape). You will notice the buzz of high level. Am I being too ambitious in thinking that I can totally elimenate this? I tried to play (literally, I'm a nwebie) with a number of filters, but with little success. The best, so far, was to use the noise reduction option. This reduces the noise quite successfully but makes the voice of my beautiful family of robot without pity (hell bent on total domination of the universe).

  Looking at your sample most of the buzz is the left lane. So you can get a big improvement by using the right only channel. You can do this by using the right to complete set of effects/Amplitude and Compression/channel mixer.

  The robotic effect is because you tried to use too much noise reduction. After you have done the above and selected a portion of buzz only to use to capture noise print only about 10 dB of noise about 60% reduction.

  I updated my drivers, made re - installs operating system clean, tested my RAM, stop all the but MS services, virtual memory increased, prayed in various Germanic gods.
  I have Avast and Zone Alarm connecting only Non MS. services I can stop them and see what happens, but not sure it will cause.

  I am of the opinion that we linked memory and how it is handled, as possible aligned with Adobe Flash (arrow). Maybe a Vista problem.
  Uninstalling this curse (Flash) does not seem to solve the problem either.

  Can someone point me in the right direction? 18 months trying to solve this problem... and now I need the laptop to full time it needs to be fixed.

  In 24 hours here is what I came up with, more will come that I use my phone more. If anyone has any comments/suggestions/things to add on one of them, please do not hesitate to post them here, that way we can get a list of bugs/fixes needed in a single post.

  ALARMS:

  -Capacity requirements to set multiple alarms on different schedules (can only define one now). Allow alarms to only occur on one day, if wanted (i.e. Sunday or Saturday). Option for the week is cool.

  PDF VIEWER:

  -Zoom feature should not be simply click on the screen, but a slider as well. See page x of y at any time. Improve the transition switch page.

  No WiFi? Is this really acceptable?

  Browser:

  -Buttons must be returned with the highlight to select, like everything else on the phone.

  BUG:

  -Cannot silence the phone by holding down the button mute, except if the screen is locked. Should work in all cases.

  -Bluetooth: When I disconnect the headset (from my pc) service, the phone randomly call someone from my call log (generally the last person made or received).

  E-mail:

  -Place the option in the menu to "Mark all as read/Opened '."

  -Multiple selection? What happens if I want to Forward/delete/move / "Mark as Opened" several items at once?

  -Scroll buttons? What is the use of these buttons? They are useless when I can just drag my finger. They have rather to View Previous/Next email in the current folder (much more efficient use of screen real estate). This feature should be available for txt/pin/mms messages.

  N ' is not very intuitive and feature is a little off, needs some work to make it more useful and less speculation.

  Slide your finger from the top of the keyboard down, this will hide the keyboard in all screens
