Microsoft for may 2012 security updates were released on May 8, 2012. Last updated May 22, 2012. Don't know how you get 21, but... Plausible, I guess.

- This morning, I have updated the firmware on my SSD to activate the TRIM. I restored an image of the drive I did with Windows Backup and Restore just before updating the drive.
Problem:
- I tried Windows Update after update of the SSD. It downloads all updates, installs, and prompts you to restart the computer to complete the installation. During the shutdown, some files are 'configured '. Upon restart, during the boot of Windows GUI (circles of flight), there is a break-up of the code, something about the registry. On logon, it gets "35%" and says so "returning default configuration updates,' or something like that. I get a notification indicating that the updates failed.
- On Windows Update, only Silverlight, Windows malicious software removal, MSE definition updated and updated Office Publisher are successful.
- All other updates (security updates, cumulative updates, security updates for IE, updates for Windows) fail with the error code A 80071, 91.

What I tried:
- Disk Cleanup attempt (and unfortunately removed all restore points). Did not work.
- Attempt to sfc/scannow. He found a few files, that it could not correct; I have the CBS.log newspaper if you need. However, updates still do not work.
- Tried to reset the resource manager to file with "fsutil resource setautotest true c:\ ». She is successful. However, after the restart, the updates still do not work.
- Tried a Full scan with MSE. No anomaly.
- Tried to reset components to update Windows (using the Vista Fix - It via KB971058). Updates still do not work.
- Attempt of Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool (updated dec 2010) Full Scan, no malicious software was detected. Updates still do not work.
- Attempt of Anti-Malware analysis complete Malwarebyte, no malicious software found. Updates still do not work.
I don't think that this is malware, but a Windows problem... My internet is wobbly for these last two days, a lot of packet loss (pages only "" half load, some missing frames, etc.). Not sure if this is related, but it downloads the updates very well. It is not always the marker "35%".

I'm out of ideas. What's next?

the iDRAC6 firmware update failed during the process

One of my colleagues went to a customer who has a few problems with the upgrade of its most recent firmware iDRAC6.
Case 1
R710 - with firmware version 1.41-> 1.54 fails to 30%

Case 2
With the firmware 1.54-> 1.70 R710 - fails to 30%. Also I tried 1.54-> 1.80 fails also to 30%.

In both cases we found no indicationin error log files. Download was fine, checksum is ok, only FW upgrade failed, but no details.
It's a common mistake? What can we do to work around this error?

I finally after trying to update iDRAC 6 version 1.0.3.10 to 1.98.8 (last update of this post)

The update (stuck) were held 30%.

Solution is to download "firming.d6" * wait 5 minutes * before clicking on the button update to begin loading the new firmware.

R610 server would not update unless the server has been turned off and then follow instructions above.

If I clicked the button to update firmware soon after downloading the file, it would always fail at 30%.

BlackBerry Smartphones Blackberry Bold 9930 update failed and the software does not load

I have a Blackberry Bold 9930 and yesterdasy I received a msg saying to upgrade to 7.x software Blackberry. I followed the instructions (takes too long like 2 hours to download) and then. Big mistake because it cooked my phone. It seems that when you upgrade, the upgrade process goes thru, but stops after the time zone to restore the process and reports an error 602 with a reset button to reset your database. The reset button does not work and I restarted the phone to restore the db. At the moment that it restarts, launched the process, and even once, it failed after the msg indicating time zones (100% and overall restoration treatment 7%). Zones roughly completed, but then I got a msg saying I wandered 602 belive. On all courses was about 5 to 10 percent. Now my phone is undesirable because it does not restart. Verizon says they have a large number of phones across the country, but BlackBerry says it's a matter of Verizon... Someone at - he already heard of this I am now without such a 4 days while I get a replacement Friday because of the holiday... I am not very happy as another question, I found - during the upgrade process it used the cells instead of my wirelss home network to download the software and it really took about 2 to 3 hours, then another hour before it failed during the upgrade process. So about. 3 to 4 hours to play with an upgrade yesterday.

New installation fails during the expansion of the files Windows 7 Pro

Recently, I built a new computer after my old man died. I installed Windows 7 Pro, I had on the old system. Everything worked well for about a month. Further inspection, I discovered that a critical system update was applied just before that the problems started. I decided to roll back the change. It does not solve the problem. I tried to do a system repair. That did not work. She only had basic as IE11 and Skype applications. I had also installed the utilities for the motherboard and graphics card. So, I decided to do a clean install. Each time, it fails during the expansion of the files. The error message is, "Windows cannot install required files. The file may be corrupted or missing. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. "Error code: 0 x 80070570." He gets up to 30% each time. I tried to install for a V300 Kingston SSD (120GB). I also tried another SATA II HDD (750 GB) with the same problems. I downloaded a new ISO and tried to install from that. Yet once, it is not at the same point. I noticed that whenever it creates a partition system reserved 100 MB which is almost full. At one point, I got a message saying that there are about 8 000 MB of free space. I'm sure it will be a simple solution, but I'm out of ideas. Any help would be appreciated.

I tried to convert a physical machine to Windows 7 using the current vCenter Converter Standalone (version = 4.3.0 build = build-292238). The target of the conversion is an external USB disk. I am to convert the entire machine, including a disc of about 280 GB in size.

I tried all in all imaginable combinations and still can not get 12 items to install. I installed win7 vanilla stock, plain, applied patches, tried to install it and it always fails.
I repeat. This facility has failed me in the same way on a box own win7.
Any software that still requires one of these measures of hack to install must be sent to the shop for more tests. I mentioned to try all these things and more!

To follow up, I got an adobeconnect session today with a very competent and friendly adobe technology. It seems that we have solved the problem. There was some kind of problem with air and/or bridge do not store their files updated, not 100% on the part so don't quote me, he said. He said the challenge is to completely uninstall anything adobe and start from scratch. The other option is a bit of hackers, but it works for me and saves me the trouble to completely redo the installation. To track here are the steps to achieve this work, ymmv:

-To start the task (ctrl + alt + delete) Manager
