  Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! I see that you have recently changed your wireless router and now when he loses the connection, you must enter the password on your HP Photosmart C309g to reconnect to the wireless network.   I understand that when you print from your Windows 8.1 computer to your HP Photosmart e-all-in-one printer D110a print jobs are coming in white. I would like to help you today with this printing problem. When you print from your computer, some files are sent to your printer as "image" files If your printer 'think' it prints an image, color ink may be used to enrich or to 'do' the dark. This can be misleading because your machine can really be confronted a black ink, problem of print, but you may think that your machine works great as always black appears in print. While in reality, it's just the ink to mix color to black. Therefore, at the beginning troubleshooting I'll have print you a standalone report diagnosis on the quality of your printer. This report will help us determine if this printing of the blank page problem is caused by your printers ink system or your computer. Can I please you follow the steps below.

  How to print a report of quality diagnostic:

  1. Load plain white paper in the input tray.
  2. Tap the button of the ATM () next to the icon of configuration () in the lower left corner of the control panel.

  S s s s today, there is no drivers for printing or scanning of the utilities on the HP site. I was able to get to join the TRIOUX printer, butttttnosaninfunctions work with the push button on the machine. Also, because I lost the original CD that came with it, I can't scan utilities to work. I don't know that the same CD would work with Windows 10. In any case, HP will be an upgrade of Windows 10 for this printer include the scanning of the functions? Thank you

  I see you want to use the features of printing and scanning of your HP Photosmart C4280 all-in-One Printer on your computer Windows 10. I want to help you with this today. I'm happy to announce that the full feature software and drivers are available for your printer!  Just pilots have not yet been added under Windows 10 drop-down list on our Web site. However, I will you link to the driver package to install your printer. Please follow the steps below.

  If you use a USB connection between your computer and the printer please unplug this cable now.

  Step 1: Remove the printer:

  We want a clean slate to install your printer on the computer Windows 10. Therefore, I will you ensure that no trace of your HP Photosmart camera does not currently installed on your computer.

  1. click on the Start button

  

  2. type programs and features. If a search does not start automatically, you will need to type programs and features in the area of "Ask Me anything".

  3. click on programs and features to launch the window.

  4. in programs and features, will populate a list of the programs installed on your computer. Please scroll down and find your Camera HP Photosmart. If you see your HP Photosmart listed, click on it and choose Uninstall.

  5 follow the prompts on the screen to complete the uninstallation. Once the uninstall is complete successfully please close programs and features.

  I had installed the software and drivers from the disc that came with the all-in-one multifunction printer HP Photosmart 2608 on Windows XP Home SP2. The menu Manager HP had icons for software photo Scanner and scan a Document and setting options for such software. After I installed SP3 and update the HP software to the latest version (installed by using the full version downloaded from the HP website), these two icons and software are missing by HP Director and as well as the PC.

  I ask that the method to get the software from the HP website and install these software only while the HP Director will fill up with these two icons of software and definition for these two software options can be provided free of charge. Or, please provide me the solution so that these two software installed on my PC.
