All-in-one HP Photosmart 3310: 2 HP inkjet printers different... same problem

The time which was formerly set via the network apparently to I remember ever setting the time on one or the other. Today, I noticed for the first time that both of the printer are turned off as follows:

HP Photosmart 3310 all-in-One - Time is 19:43 locally the printer indicates 19:12 (thirty minutes slow).

HP Photosmart Premium Fax C309a series - time is 19:43 locally the printer indicates 19:35 (slow 8 minutes).

Two of these printers previously seemed auto-sync the time on the display panel. Is it possible that my ISP has started to block the NTP port or something?

Hmm, no, I just connected to 0.pool.ntp.org via ntpdate on my linux machine, and he was not blocked. So it's something on these printers has gone wobbly.

I understand that you have 2 printers and a HP Photosmart 3310 HP Photosmart Premium Fax, and each printer is showing incorrect. I would like to help.

The printer usually have the user set the time and Date when the printer is in the configuration. Sometimes things like power outages or to unplug the printer can cause time to read properly.

You can set the time to the correct time using the printer control panel.

To set the time on the HP Photosmart 3310 device:

To set the time on the HP Photosmart Premium Fax:

1. press on the installation program button.

2. press the button arrow down to select Preferencesand then press OK.

3. press the down arrow button to select the Date and timeand press OK.

I was not aware of the printers synchronization automatically at the time of the computer, but sometimes the built-in Web server (EWS of the printer) will have a setting "Synchronize with the time on the PC" that can be selected if the printer is used on a network.

Once the built-in Web server is in charge there should be a tab somewhere near the top of the window.  If you click on Date and time parameters should be able to be selected on the left side. If the sync option of the printer with the computer time is available it usually a checkbox to check before you click apply. Printer not all have this option.

    Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! I see that you have recently changed your wireless router and now when he loses the connection, you must enter the password on your HP Photosmart C309g to reconnect to the wireless network.     I understand that when you print from your Windows 8.1 computer to your HP Photosmart e-all-in-one printer D110a print jobs are coming in white. I would like to help you today with this printing problem. When you print from your computer, some files are sent to your printer as "image" files If your printer 'think' it prints an image, color ink may be used to enrich or to 'do' the dark. This can be misleading because your machine can really be confronted a black ink, problem of print, but you may think that your machine works great as always black appears in print. While in reality, it's just the ink to mix color to black. Therefore, at the beginning troubleshooting I'll have print you a standalone report diagnosis on the quality of your printer. This report will help us determine if this printing of the blank page problem is caused by your printers ink system or your computer. Can I please you follow the steps below.

    How to print a report of quality diagnostic:

    1. Load plain white paper in the input tray.
    2. Tap the button of the ATM () next to the icon of configuration () in the lower left corner of the control panel.
    3. Press arrow right () and select Tools, and then tap OK.
    4. Press arrow right () to select Print Quality Report, then tap OK. The printer prints the report.

I was able to get to join the TRIOUX printer, butttttnosaninfunctions work with the push button on the machine. Also, because I lost the original CD that came with it, I can't scan utilities to work. I don't know that the same CD would work with Windows 10. In any case, HP will be an upgrade of Windows 10 for this printer include the scanning of the functions? Thank you

    I see you want to use the features of printing and scanning of your HP Photosmart C4280 all-in-One Printer on your computer Windows 10. I want to help you with this today. I'm happy to announce that the full feature software and drivers are available for your printer!  Just pilots have not yet been added under Windows 10 drop-down list on our Web site. However, I will you link to the driver package to install your printer. Please follow the steps below.

    If you use a USB connection between your computer and the printer please unplug this cable now.

    Step 1: Remove the printer:

    We want a clean slate to install your printer on the computer Windows 10. Therefore, I will you ensure that no trace of your HP Photosmart camera does not currently installed on your computer.

    1. click on the Start button

    2. type programs and features. If a search does not start automatically, you will need to type programs and features in the area of "Ask Me anything".

    3. click on programs and features to launch the window.

    4. in programs and features, will populate a list of the programs installed on your computer. Please scroll down and find your Camera HP Photosmart. If you see your HP Photosmart listed, click on it and choose Uninstall.

    5 follow the prompts on the screen to complete the uninstallation. Once the uninstall is complete successfully please close programs and features.

    3. If you use a USB cable connection, leave the disconnected cable until the installation program prompts you to connect

    I had installed the software and drivers from the disc that came with the all-in-one multifunction printer HP Photosmart 2608 on Windows XP Home SP2. The menu Manager HP had icons for software photo Scanner and scan a Document and setting options for such software. After I installed SP3 and update the HP software to the latest version (installed by using the full version downloaded from the HP website), these two icons and software are missing by HP Director and as well as the PC.

    I ask that the method to get the software from the HP website and install these software only while the HP Director will fill up with these two icons of software and definition for these two software options can be provided free of charge. Or, please provide me the solution so that these two software installed on my PC.
