    You are able to read any disks at all? Is it auto burned discs, or store bought music or software disks or all of them that you are having problems with?

    Since the installation of the software for my new OfficeJet Pro7612 all-in-one, whenever I have print on my next LaserJet P1505n error message appears:

    Basic printing product despite the message. The expected state of the LaserJet messages do not seem to appear (for example, the message of the insert to envelopes paper) or double-sided printing instructions.  Manual double-sided printing seems to be unreliable. I uninstalled the 7612 and the problem disappeared. Reinstalled the basice 7612 drivers and he returned. All the solutions to this problem?

    @Sunshyn2005 is not in the office today, but I can certainly help you until Sunshyn2005 is back in the office on Monday.

    To clear your Laserjet queues:

    If the P1505n is connected to your printer using a USB cable, remove it.

    Close all other programs that you have open.

    In your search type in printers bar and open devices and printers.

    Right click on all the P1505 listed icons.

    Click on remove the instrument.

    Repeat for all the other icons of the printer listed.

    In your type of Services Research and open Component Services.

    On the left, click Services (Local).

    Right click on on the right print spooler.

    Click on stop.

    Open your drive C:\, then Windows, System 32, coil, and printers.

    Delete everything in this folder.

    Return to the Component Services window.

    Right-click on print spooler.

    Click Start.

    If you removed the USB cable, connect. If this is not the case, click on add printer and follow the prompts to add your queue.

  • All in One Software won't uninstall with the HP scrubber

    HP Officejet 6500 Wireless all-in-One Printer - E709n  OEM of Windows 7, 64-bit

    Printer/HP Desktop worked well together for a few years.  Also have an E710n-z on the same wireless network.  Apparently, an update to Microsoft Word corrupted E709n default printer driver. Word always breaks down and is irreparable. "Devices and Printers" will not be open.

    Cannot uninstall the printer software with HP or Windows uninstall programs. Nothing happens. Raccoon tried HP 14. Tried the four levels. They all spend 50 to 80% uninstall before freezing. Impossible to reinstall either.  I'm currently a partial uninstall.  Have tried on several occasions various uninstall options two weeks now.

    I hate to say this, but you may need to reimage your computer to get everything back working as it should. I think that the corruption that caused Word, could affect areas more that just the printer drivers. Make sure to save all your data and perform a reinstallation is complete, or do a factory reimage. If you need instructions to make a reimage your computer, please provide me with the exact number of product. I'm sorry, but looks like it may be the only option.

    I just upgraded my PC HP Pavilion Media Center of Windows XP Media Center for Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.

    Update went well, but now I can not install the specific software for my printer HP C7280 all in one.

    Printer is on my home network, printer and PC are on the cable network and the PC sees the printer and can print to the printer.

    However I can't get the software to install on the PC from HP!

    Have tried in many ways, direct downloaded software, used HPPIW, also HP print and Scan doctor.

    No need for that now, the problem is solved!

    I turned off the antivirus and firewall, then ran the uninstall04.bat file

    Then edited msconfig so I could start with a clean boot. Do you have a reboot

    So I ran the installer as admin and everything went through, with a few minor hicups, but he set himself in the end.

    This problem would not have occurred if I had installed the printer directly after the installation and update of Windows 7.

    I installed Mcaffee directly after Windows 7, but must have installed the HP software before McAffee.

  • All-in-one software installation failure HP Officejet 7210xi

    I recently downloaded the software and driver for my HP 7210xi all-in-one Officejet printer because the CD supplied with the printer software does not work on 64-bit windows.  My laptop is running windows 7 Home premium 64-bit and my printer is on a network.  I have the driver installed, but I need the software.  Anyway, whenever I run the Setup, it leaves on its own.  Just a stops and closes itself and every time it's the part of the installation where it says 'app updates '.    If anyone knows how to solve this problem, I would be grateful.  Thank you.

    Note: When the installation program stops running, it does not display an error message.  Also, my laptop is fairly recent and came with the windows 7 OS, it was not being upgraded.

    Before launching the installation - make sure to remove the existing device, such that it can interrupt the installation:

    Enter the control panel > devices and printers.

    Right click on the printer icon, then click on remove the device and restart your PC.

    Start the installation and follow the steps until license agreement stage.

    Click on the link 2 - using the Internet connection settings

    Both options mark as No, thank you , and approve.

    Accept the license agreement and to proceed, I believe that you will not see the same behavior now.

  • Epson all-in - One Printer Driver Runtime error

    I'm having trouble with the installation of the printer drivers for an all-in-one Epson Stylus 7520 which is shared on a network.  When you try to install the software, I get this error:

    Runtime error!

    Program:

    C:\Windows\system32\spool\DRIVERS\x64\3\E_YATIHDA. EXE

    R6034

    An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime incorrectly library.

    For more information, contact the application support team.

    This error will continue regularly until I have turn off the print spooler in services tab.  If I use the print command in any program, this program will immediately freeze and require a force close by the Task Manager.  To completely uninstall the software print spooler must remain disabled, else it will give an error that it is in use.  After uninstalling using Add/Remove programs so that I have to manually go in system32\spool\DRIVERS\ files remove traces remains of the software (including the offending .exe program).

    When I say the machine to locate the drivers alone, it will bring up a window with the "WSD printing device" and an icon indicating that it is busy, which will eventually turn into a red X indicating that he failed to find a driver.

    Default Epson software package includes bells and whistles as a utility that monitors ink levels and checks the firmware updates, which inevitably cause this error.

    But Epson also allows you to download driver separately this package.  When I install just the driver, no error message appears, the computer communicates with the printer and use the functions scanner and fax without error (it displays its IP address, MAC address and even to send print orders), but it does not actually print a file.  The work appears in the status display of the printer on the computer, but eventually the delay and error.

    The machine that gives me the error is an Acer with Windows 7 Pro installed by the manufacturer.  It's a whole new machine.

    These same drivers work without error on a HP Windows 7 Home machine installed by the manufacturer, as well as several XP machines we are trying to eliminate out of use.

    Both machines also have a Konica Minolta printer installed that they will print to any question.

    After researching the issue, Epson insists that there is nothing wrong with their pilots, but I will communicate their support today.  If they come up with a solution I will try to remember to post it for the benefit of others.

    I have tried many suggestions available online without any change in the results:

    Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times since the epson CD.

    Run windows update.
    Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times with the latest drivers available on the epson site.

    Checked that I use the 64-bit and 32-bit drivers.

    Run "scannow" which gave no abnormal results.

    Delete all the files in the AppData/Temp folder

    Reassigned to the location of the temp folder.

    Tried to install with the Windows Firewall disabled.

    Removed from the McAffee trial provided with the machine entirely.

    I have not tried to uninstall and reinstall the software C ++ yet (as suggested in similar topics) that other users have pointed out, it does not solve the problem.

    In my case, this was due to a conflict with Acer Proshield. I removed Acer Proshield, then the driver is installed correctly.

    I lost connectivity for printing service about a week ago. Maybe it's me trying to add an older HP Cad printer plotter to my selection of printers.  So, based on the recommendations of HP:

    1. I uninstalled all drivers of HP and my pc software (all-in-one)

    So, I tried everthing I can think.  There are configuration, etc. think I cannt understand that my PC keeps me from printing.  Help, please.

    First run delete print jobs to remove all print jobs stuck in the queue.

    Unplug the printer.

    Download and run the patch (utility cleaning printer) untip it prompts you to restart your computer.

    Restart your computer. Make sure that the printer has been deleted. Driver Manual printer removal

  • 7300 series all-in-one software does not load in windows 8.1

    I have a 7310xi all in one. I recently installed a new desktop running windows 8.1. the connection is wireless. I can get the printer to print properly but cannot load the software. I need the software to be able to scan etc. I downloaded several times, uninstalled and reinstalled and still get the same result (I purge the temp file after each attempt). Everything goes very well with the download until the actual installation screen comes up. Once I hit the installation I get the message "the system cannot find the file specified." I tried hanging the printer with a USB port and still get the same results. I tried using the Dominican Republic printing HP, the installation wizard and continue to get the same thing. If I could determine precisely what file is not found maybe I could find it. I made sure all updates are running on the computer and tried something that sounded even close, I can fing on HP website. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

    Sorry for the delay. You'll need get corrupted files fixed before you can install because they are the source of installation problems. To do this, you will need to contact the manufacturer of your computer (IE. HP, Dell) to get help with the files.

    I use the HP Officejet 6700 Premium e-all-in-one Prod # CV078A on a Macintosh OS 10.6.8 macbook Pro (2.8 ghz Intel Core 2 Duo - 4 GB of DDR3 RAM).

    I try to run for the first time since that I recently bought this machine, and I'm running into some problems of quality. Digitization of works very well once I thought I had to use the utility software of HP scanning rather than access the scanner by Photoshop as I always had done before with my HP's Photosmart 2600 (I had for 5 years and more).

    The scanner HP scanning software (HP Scan v3.7.9 (59)) seems very limited.

    My questions are:

    • Is there a way to browse from Photoshop (or CS3, 4, 5 or 5.5) TWAIN instead of use the HP scanning software?

    • It is there no quality of analysis options other than a few easy turns, cultures and the very limited color correction, as well as certain preferences that allow adjustments to size/dpi of glass. What about scanning at larger percentages, Descreening and some more detailed agjustment image options?

    As a general rule, the latest HP Scan 3 of the other less editing software options than previous versions of HP software.

    You can set the color settings by clicking the setting icon (). Cropping or rotating of the analysis can be done, but there is no option of resizing by the software.

    All image editing must be done with any photo editing software.

    Looks like you're right. It might not be a complete driver of features still to the all-in one HP Inkjet 915, but looks like there could be a BONE or integrated driver, which you can download. Go to installation and using the built-in Windows print driver for the steps.
