all keyboard and mouse come with 27 XPS is WITHOUT usb receiver

Received the new brand 27 XPS from Dell today, but cannot find the USB receiver for the keyboard and the mouse. Called the service center and said the reason for which I don't have the USB receiver is Dell do not have in stock. so they just didn't put the receiver in all keyboard and mouse. ADMIN NOTE: replace character removed according to the TOU >

It is a funny thing, is it? Dose anyone have same issue with me?

Hi wsawsd_han,

I'm fairly certain that the keyboard and mouse are bluetooth with a built-in receiver. Have you tried them yet?

    Hello.

I have a keyboard and wireless Microsoft mouse 2000 but the transceiver does not seem to work.

I also have another transmitter/receiver (same model) which belongs to Microsoft Wireless Keyboard and Mouse 5000, so my question is:

is there a way to use the wireless 2000 with this new transceiver box? How can I change the transceiver settings so that it finds the keyboard and mouse?

    Thanks in advance

    You can not.

I can't find any instructions on how to do it.

How to connect the keyboard and mouse to a transceiver?

    P.

As far as I know, you can do that.  If you want the keyboard and mouse on a transceiver, you buy a keyboard/mouse kit, commonly known as a desktop computer.

  • PC runs, but does not start. Monitor, keyboard and mouse with no signal.

PC runs, but does not start. Monitor, keyboard and mouse with no signal. Pretty much. And when you want me to remove the battery of the bios, or whatever, it seems tight and hard to get out because it is surrounded by other elements.

All fans work, the power/battery or anything that works I think that, since there is a fan on the right where it is and it seems to work. I remember what happens before, I don't know, but before that, there are many gels. This error below was made before all this happened, but I managed to run f8 and then run normally until it freezes again. Then, after that, it runs but does not start. No beeps etc. The best fans will have plenty of vouches and Bravo to wherever you like me to vouch or maybe send the great service that you provide to administrators if that's even possible, haha.

    Thanks in advance.

It is a sign of a lack of food.  Looks like you have a desktop computer?

Power supplies run about $50.  It is a rectangular box at the corner of the system in which the power supply will from the outside.  It's a pretty standard form in most of the PC and with a little investigation thorough replacements can be found.

It is usually held in place by 4 screws and can be held in place with a spring clip.

Most essential, is that you need to buy a replacement with the right number of straight plug forms to adapt to your PC.

This seems more complicated than it really is and takes about 5 to 10 minutes to do the replacement.

Look at the power output of the power supply failure and buy a new, more powerful.  New desktop PC usually come usually with a diet under size and what are the causes these failures is too strong a request for devices you have connected.  So, buy one with a higher power rating.  Usually about 500 Watts does the trick.

If you do not feel upwards to this task, a technician should not charge you much like this.

  • Need help to get my mouse recognized, all started after the installation of the center of the keyboard and mouse

Original title: Microsoft mouse and keyboard Center

    Hello

I'm sure this question has been asked and answered before.
But I just bought a mouse Microsoft Sculpt comfort, downloaded and installed M and K Center. But it does not recognize my mouse, I plugged the mouse to my laptop until I downloaded M and K Center and it worked fine, but all I want to do is program the side button.
I use a Lenovo ThinkPad X 61 with the latest drivers for Bluetooth and Win 7 Pro.
Is there something I need to do to get my mouse to be recognized by the centre of keyboard and mouse?
    M

    Hi Matt,

    Please write to us.

I recommend you to uninstall the drivers of mouse from the Device Manager, then use this link http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-us/p/sculpt-comfort-mouse#support to install the drivers. Please select the operating system and the correct version before installing.

Same thing applies to the mouse and keyboard Centre has as well, use the same link to install the updated drivers after you uninstall from the control panel.

  • wireless keyboard and mouse with Insignia bluetooth adapter

I have a Pavilion 23-h024 all-in-one with Windows 8.1 and trying to pair my keyboard mouse to a 4.0 Insignia bluetooth adapter and wireless. When I go to the settings of the PC and click on Bluetooth he searches for devices but does not stop and never find all of the devices. Does anyone know if I'm doing something wrong? The adapter of the Insignia would not be a updated driver for 8.1?

Nope. The dongle and the associated keyboard and mouse are coded to work together as a set.

It's time to pick up a bluetooth or wireless Clavier\souris combo set.

You will be probably better to choose a wireless set.  Check out the review sites.

    Hello

    ·        What is the specific name of the laptop?

Check if an error code or error message is listed in the Device Manager.

    a. Click Start, type devmgmt.msc and press to enter.

    b. expand the device and double click on the sub element.

Here is the link to the HP website to download the drivers for the keyboard and mouse, look for the specific model number and download the drivers for the same thing: http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/ProductList.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&taskId=135&prodSeriesId=1842187&prodTypeId=321957

You can uninstall the drivers for the keyboard and the touchpad and install the drivers from the link above or let the update of Windows install the drivers for the device:

    a. Click Start, type devmgmt.msc and press to enter.

    b. expand the device and right click on the sub element and click on uninstall.

  • With the help of Windows 8 with a wired keyboard and mouse which drags or lethargic

    Hello

I list a lot on ebay. Recently my mouse and keyboard do not quickly, quite often.  They are very slow.  Letters are missed while he sits there, then appears in.  The keyboard and mouse work fine on MS Word and other applications, but it becomes very frustrating to hold intermittently not working not not back then pop.  Any help is appreciated.

    Sincerely,

    Patric

Most likely, the problem you are having is that the system is busy on another process and that it cannot respond to the movements of the mouse. Or the system may have blocked entirely (frozen) and could answer is no longer at all.

If you experience lag or slowless once again, try to open again (Ctrl-Shift-Escape) Task Manager then go to the Details tab of process and write it all down using lots of CPU usage %.  If you recognize the name of the process, you can take measures to put an end to this program to run (right-click on it to put an end immediately if you wish).  If you doesn't recognize, after back here and let us know and we will try to help you identify the culprit.

  • How can keyboard and mouse issues - I solve them? Is this a problem with the computer or device?

    Hello

Recently (within the last week), I ran into a problem where my computer thinks certain keys/buttons are down.

    They are:

    W

    A

    S

    D

    Q

    E

    Maj

    Space

    Control

    Right-click

    Left click

These are my most commonly used keys/buttons, so it can become very annoying. In addition, most of the F keys get stuck, but it's because there is something that needs to be cleaned under the feet.

My questions are: How can I fix? Is this a problem with my computer or my keyboard and mouse?

He questions, here are my computer Incase care, as well as my keyboard and mouse:

Inspiron 620, 8 GB RAM Dell, AMD Radeon HD 6450, everything the way it came to the left

Mad Catz Cyborg S.T.R.I.K.E. 7 keyboard

Mad Catz Cyborg R.A.T. 9 mouse

    Hello

Welcome to the Dell Community Forum.
