All my email preprint show as spam and will not print

I created the account to allow only some email accounts send to eprint, but I get messages from them all say the email looks like spam and won't print.

I'll need a little more info to help. What mail server you send the job-ePrint? What types of files / attachments are you sending?  Because it does not reach a certain level; make sure that when sending e-mail to the printer the printer is the sole listed beneficiary. If we don't do it will fail the job as spam. Be sure to not anyone on the Cc emails. In addition, turn off your signature on e-mail if it is automatic and repeat the work.

    Printer offline may indicate that the printer driver is not configured correctly.  Please, try the following to resolve the problem:

    1. click on start.

    2. click on Control Panel.

    3. click on hardware and sound.

    4. click on devices and printers.

    5 right-click the MX430 printer, and then click printer properties.

    6. click on the Ports tab.

    7. make sure that the check mark is on the port that begins with CNBJNP, then click OK and try printing.

    If the port CNBJNP was already selected if please try right click on the MX430 printer and click on see what printing.  When the queue opens, click on the printer and uncheck on use printer offline by clicking on it, then try to print again.

    The description of the problem seems a little unclear and I wish I had a better understanding before you start working on it. I would be grateful if you could help me with more information.

    • Is the printer connected directly to the PC or it is on a network?
    • What is a printer wired or wireless?
    • What is the brand and model of the printer?

    Try the following and see if it helps.

    Method 1: Disable Antivirus

    If you have installed any third party such as antivirus or firewall security software, I would say you temporarily disable and check if it works.

    Disable the anti-virus software

     

    Important note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attack.

    Method 2: Update the drivers for your printer.

    Method 3: Restart the print spooler service.

    You must be logged on as administrator to perform these steps.
    a. open administrative tools by clicking the Start button, then Control Panel. In the search box, type administrative tools, and then click Administrative Tools.
    b. double-click on Services.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
    c. right-click the print spooler service and then click Properties.
    d. on the general tab, next to startup type, make sure that automatic is selected.
    e. If the service is not already running, under Service status, click Start and then click OK.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation,
    type the password or provide confirmation.

    If nothing works, then manually add the printer to the local port and check.

    Method 4: Manually add the printer to the local port.

    a. go to control panel and click on devices and printers.
    b. click Add a printer, and then select Add a local printer. Click on create a new port. The default value in the drop-down list is Local Port. Don't change that.
    c. click Next.
    A dialog box appears for you request that you enter a port name. Type the name of \\computer name\printer.
    d. type your user name and the name of the printer (name \\PC\printer)
    e. click ok and exit.

    Try load W-10. Process appear to be normal. The display is now BACK showing script and will not change and cannot close the laptop down or off. Not a user made and do not want to complicate the issue.

    The problem with the 1st attempt will be captured in Gremlins.

  • HP Officejet 4620: Printer is in"error" and will not print, even though the computer says that it is "connected".

    My printer recently started telling me it was in a State of 'error' and could not print my documents.  Sometimes I could turn off the printer market and all that was trying to print would then print, if documents or Quicken checks.  Now I can't print from the computer at all, or it will print checks from Quicken even if I turn the printer power off and power on.  The HP Web site indicates that it is connected.  It is the second computer from HP Officejet 4620 of the original that I bought.  The first has a problem that has been covered by the warranty, and this one doesn't seem to be much better.

  • Lexmark Interpret S405 is not communicating with the computer and will not print

    My computer works with Windows 7 and updates automatically.  I got the Lexmark Interpret S405 for 18 months, and it has worked great until a couple of months.  When I try to print, I get an error message indicating that the printer is not communicating with the computer.  When I check the printer, it shows he's ready.  The print job shows that it is ready to print, but nothing happens except for this message.  When I try to erase the impression, it really takes a lot of time - usually have to unplug the printer so that it can finally clear.  Then it still will not print if I try again unless I restart the computer.  Lexmark support page says that there is a problem with Windows 7 and their product.  All the solutions for this problem yet?

    Computer model of the bridge ZX6970, OS 64-bit, intel CORE CPU I-13 3.30 GHz, Windows 7 Home Premium.  Can someone advise a fix for this problem?  Thank you!

    Click Start and type services.msc

    Press enter

    Scroll down to print spooler

    Right-click on the spooler and select stop

    Wait for Windows to stop the spooler

    Close the window

    Control Panel > printers folder

    Right-click on the printer icon and select open

    Click file > cancel all Documents

    Close the window

    Start > right click on computer

    Click on manage

    Select Device Manager

    Click on the + sign next to the Ieee... compatible printers

    Right-click on the driver and select uninstall

    Click on the + next to imaging devices

    Right-click on the driver and select uninstall

    Click on the + sign next to printers

    Right-click on the driver and select uninstall

    Click on the + sign next to Bus USB controllers

    Right-click on the printer driver and select uninstall

    Close the Device Manager

    Restart the computer

    Windows will reinstall the drivers

    Go to the manufacturer's website and search for updated drivers

    Don't forget to come back to services and start print spooler before printing again.

    By your post, I see that you are unable to print to a USB connection or wireless.
    I can help you with this problem.

    I'd do a power reset to see if that will solve the problem.

    When the printer is still lit, disconnect the power cable from the back of the printer.

    Then, disconnect the power cable from the wall outlet.

    Wait 10 seconds and reconnect the power cable to the wall outlet first, then the back of the printer and turn on again.

    Make sure that the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet. (do not use a hub or a surge protector)

    For the USB connection, have the printer connected directly to the computer. (not a hub or a docking station)

    It should not be more then 6 feet. Make sure it is a 2.0 and not a 3.0 cable. Also check the ports on the computer, they are 2.0.

    Try and print a self-test on the printer hardware to see if it is a hardware or software problem.

    Print a Configuration report.

    What is the IP address?

    Try to print from the computer.

    If you're still having problems, then go through the steps described in this document provided, to see if she will help solve this problem.

    I'll assume that your question is in fact to return to the physical optical drive (rather than the image of McAfee), does not actually uninstall McAfee.

    Right click on the D: drive and eject it. Then go to the Virtual Machine > CD/DVD and select use physical disk drive. It is documented in the release notes to the title of "The rest McAfee antivirus ISO mounted".

  • HP LaserJet Pro MFPm127fw: Printing Chromebook stuck in class and will not print

    My printer cannot print - things are still ongoing, but stay there for days until I delete them.  Everything is turned on and connected.  This printer has printed successfully for me before, but it goes through these phases where it stops printing and it has not printed for a week now.  I uninstalled, re-installed, all done.  My HP Chromebook detects the printer, shows pending print jobs, but they do not print.  Other aspects of the printer are very good, IE. Fax works.  I even don't try to use the email address to send documents to the printer... nothing works.

  • Photosmart Premium C309A: C309A Fault Protection to access the properties of the printer and will not print (Windows 8.1)

    My C309A, connected via USB, my system worked very well through the life of WIndows 7 and Windows 8.1, until this week.

    I did run the software in PS_AIO_05_C309a_Net_Full_Win_WW_140_408 - 4.exe and then this week I received notice that there was a software update. I downloaded and installed PS_AIO_05_C309a_Net_Full_Win_WW_140_408 - 5.exe, and now my printer does not print.

    I uninstalled the previous version, without error and installed this new version, also without error. But, when I click on printer properties

    I get a protection fault.

    If I try to print a test page, the system hangs for a few minutes, then the devices and printer page is closed (with no message).

    I tried the Ethernet connection instead, but that made no difference.

    Interestingly, even if printing does not work, scanning and fax are. I can connect to the scanner from Paperport or Adobe Photoshop Elements.

    I uninstalled the software several times and tried both the old and the new, and they both do it.

    I tried to run print and Scan of the doctor. Who says that the driver is missing some files and to uninstall and reinstall, but I did it at least 6 times without success.

    Any ideas?

    FWIW, I have set the printer by improving the system to 10 Windows (which went very well). It works fine now.

  • XP Reinstall or repair the installation, all the keys show as zero and will not turn on!

    I do installs repair and re - installs several PCs in the last days, and none of the license keys are coming as valid, though even I am sure they are (the PC came directly from Dell).

    Now, I have one, I did a repair install, though I have the correct cd (oem, oem cd installation), the key showed as not valid for repair so I used the public keys of http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb457096.aspx to complete the installation.

    Now, however, I can not connect to Windows. It won't let me open a session as long as I go through the product activation and activation says that my (valid) key is not valid! I would use the key update tool, but cannot connect to use it!

    It said that the key which is on my COA which has been on the Dell PC is not valid? It's a bit infuriating. The first couple I gave up and used nine keys of unopened copied of XP that I have, but I'm out of those now and in any case the old keys must be still valid! Unless MS is turn off old keys to sell more. Seems pretty shady to me.

    More information is needed, such as:

    1. is the Dell keys to products for Windows XP Home Edition or Windows XP Professional?

    2 is the OEM Windows XP CD, you are using a Windows XP Home Edition or a version of Windows Professional?

    3. what level of Service Pack is installed on the CD that you are using? 1, 2 or 3?

    4. have you tried to use the Windows product key update tool ?

    5. have you ever tried to activate by phone: How to activate Windows XP by phone
