  Hello. I have Lightroom 3. The only addition I've ever done is to add a plugin of double Finder several years ago. No, all of a sudden I can no longer download photos as usual. I need to deceive Lightroom by downloading by adding new files into folders and then synchronize these folders. But lately this work around is not no longer works. Is the program, forcing me to upgrade? Can I continue to use this version. I need to reset something. Please help because it is very frustrating.

  PDF, GIF and BMP are not the types of files supported for Lightroom.

• I can't load any web pages (500 Internal Server Error)

  I can't currently load web pages when using Firefox. I get a "500 Internal Server Error" standard page on each site. I tried with IE and there is no problem in loading pages.

  I tried to create a new profile, uninstalling and reinstalling, put to upgrade to Firefox 4 (used previously 3) and uninstalling and wiping all profile information, but nothing has worked.

  The problem began when a video player in Flash has crashed (channel4.com). Windows has been completely insensitive and I couldn't exit the full screen video. I tried pressing ESC, ctrl + ESC, ctrl + alt + delete etc but nothing worked and I had to hold the power button on the tower for 4 seconds to turn it off. When I started upward again once I was introduced to the screen when Windows fails to load normally and I chose the "start Windows normally", that had started Windows successfully. Since then I been unabe to view web pages in Fireox, I always get the 500 Internal Server Error page.

  It is a strange and I'm out of ideas, any help would be appreciated because I really want to go back to using Firefox!

  What security (firewall) software do you have?

  One possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or limits Firefox or plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after the detection of changes (update) for the Firefox program.

  Delete all rules for Firefox in the list of permissions in the firewall and leave your firewall again ask permission to get full unlimited access to the internet for Firefox and the plugin-container.

  I have a wireless printer Artisan 810 with a desktop connected to the router.  I have two laptops connected wirelessly to the router.  I had everything installed and works very well for two or three weeks about.  Now, impressions of a laptop and desktop prints, but all of a sudden the other laptop will not be printed.  I reinstalled the software three times, but I get a ball "cannot print document."  Any ideas?  BTW, I am running XP on this laptop (Inspiron 9300).

  Configure the printer with a static IP that is out of the Routewr DHCP (or use IP reservation if your router supports).

  Then adjust the address for printing on computers (extended network printer manual should explain this process for your printer).

  Start Firefox in Safe Mode to fix the problem and to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).

  This problem only occurs when using Firefox. Explorer works very well.

  You can have an add-on or plugin that. Disable them one by one and see if you can find the culprit. Or disable everything at a time using Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode and see if the modules are causing the problem.
