All of my files have been converted to open it with Windows Media Player. How can I change this back to normal?

Hello.

I don't know what I clicked at all initially, but now, most of my programs have been converted to open it with Windows Media Player, so that they cannot work.

Even when I click on the system restore (to undo changes I've done previously), Windows Media Player opens and there will be a window that says that you can not read this .exe file.

I'm stuck and I don't know how else to solve this problem. Help, please!
