  2. How did you do any hardware changes or software on your computer before this problem?

  3. what version of Windows Media player do you use?

  4. what operating system is installed on your computer?

  I suggest you to rebuild the database from the Windows Media Player library. Later, try to read music files in Windows Media Player.

  Have you turned off the sync collection until you have removed from the collection in Lr Desktop. Could you try to re-sign-in for Lr Mobile and see if that helps.

  OK, I got a few big cat helps Rambeau.   He had me remove a host of directories related to a creative cloud and then we started vacuuming but abandoned on.   Subsequently, we repeated the download and installation of CC and it is now running.  Got Photoshop update began.   The transcript of the chat here are directories that were deleted.

  C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Creative Cloud and Cloud Creative old

  C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\OOBE OOBEold AdobeApplicationManager and AdobeApplicationManager old

  And the AdobeCreativeCloudCreativeTool directory has been deleted.

  C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE and AAMupdater records deleted.

  Creating cloud low load took awhile but proceeded without error.   Updates are ongoing... Yes!  Thanks Raghu!

  You can use a do not disturb to reduce to silence the alerts. You can configure specific contacts so that alerts text for them always come. Go to the contact you want to implement. Press "Edit" at the top right. Type your text. At the top of the list is "Bypass of emergency." Turn it on. Tap done. Tap done again.

  You can also do the same for calls.

  Not disturb will silence the alerts to third-party messaging applications. I don't know of any way around that.
