  I have an iPhone 6 and uses iOS 9.3.2,and I recently deleted all my pictures and videos to free up space, "Manage the storage" in still however said circles I 23.4 GB of photos/videos like iTunes when I connect my iPhone to my Mac. I deleted my recently deleted folder and follow the instructions of a guy showing a year, which suggests to set my phone date about two years back and deleting the photos recently deleted the file and both of these solutions do not work. I have reset my phone (home and power button operation / stop) and also, it does not work. I don't want to wipe my phone and restore it if possible, but it's the only option I can think of next.

  Are there other solutions before I try this?

  Before diving into other troubleshooting procedures, it would be useful to ensure that you have a recent backup of your iPhone is available. This will help us ensure that all your important data is stored safely for you. Here is an article with information on how to backup your device:

  My iCloud drive is enabled in my iPhone 6 + and iPad Pro and on the Apple TV. I can see all the photos and videos on my Apple TV. However, when I opened the iCloud reader app on my iPad Pro, no photos or videos are indicated. He is white, except for a couple of documents.   If you want an exact clone, you will need to use a utility like utility disk, Carbon Copy Cloner or SuperDuper!

  I want to be able to all back up on my iPhone and iPad so if something always happens to each device, everything can be recovered later. Also, I want to synchronize all my photos and videos, and downloaded pictures from my iPhone or iPad to the cloud, so I can't see that on my Mac and possibly transfer to my Mac to an external hard drive and delete them from the cloud.   To delete duplicate entries, click on another feature tab in the drive (for example the current playback), and then click library.

  If it eliminates the duplicate of your library entries, you can right click on the music file and click 'open file location '. To check if the location of the file is the same or different. This will let us know if there are entries in double or not.

  Remove you the same way as you would from your hard drive. Insert the select flash player, open Explorer Windows, flash player, select the file you want to delete and either right click on it and then in the menu drop-down, click Delete or press Delete on your keyboard simply. You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the file before be deleted to the trash.

  By the way, if they are large videos then they will simply be deleted and not moved to the trash, so be careful that you have slected the correct video before pressing DELETE.
