Any action with FF13 takes forever.

I've updated to FF13 and everything takes several minutes to do anything. Sometimes several minutes and I just give up. I go back to FF 3.6 and everything works fine.

Have you tried the new profile without any extension enabled and without any other change?

Have you tried disabling all plugins?

Have you tried to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox?

If it happens again in a new profile then other software may also be the cause.

You can try to start the computer in safe mode with network support (on the startup screen, press F8) as a test to see if it works.

Probably nothing, it's probably a fluke. Try resetting the SMC and the PRAM by iMac Intel SCM and reset the PRAM. If this does not work, try a USB keyboard to test, if it works then your original keyboard has failed and must be replaced.

  • "To view this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (for example, a search or order confirmation) that was carried out earlier."

To view this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (for example, a search or order confirmation) that was carried out earlier. Then I have to click on return or cancel. Then I have to click on return or cancel.

How can I fix this automatically return?
    Please let me know!

    It is not possible.

Do you use the back button to return to a previous page?

You receive an alert to send POST data if you return to a page or refresh a page that was requested in advance from the server by submitting form via a (hidden) MESSAGE form data.
Firefox can only make sure to get the same page send this POST form.
Firefox doesn't know what it means shape data, so Firefox asks for confirmation before sending the form data so action can you take to repeat an action and buy another article or post a message once.
One way to prevent this pop-up on the removal of the POST data is not to use the back button, but to open the links on a page that is requested from a server by sending a form with the date of the POST in a new tab (window) with a middle click or hold down the CTRL key and click the link.
Then you can close the tab or window to go back.

  • When click the "back" button after filling out web form, I can't, a message says that Firefox must send information that will be rpeat any action... Why can I go back?

I don't want to re - order or repeat the process over. The only thing I can do is to leave Firefox and start again which is very painful.

    Any solution will be appreciated.

Older Firefox had this coming message in case you have used the back to go to a page that is requested from the server with the POST data specific to a form previously sent.

A way to prevent that pop up is not to use the back button, but to open the links on a page that have been requested from a server by sending a MESSAGE form in a new tab (window) with a middle click or a Ctrl + left click.

Then you can close the tab or window to go back.

  • NB305 10F takes forever to start

    Hi all

I have a brand new (two days!) NB305 10F Netbook and even it is a very nice piece of kit to mount on a half hour or so to start!

I didn't do anything to this thing of the hook aopart up to my wireless home network and since then stop after that it simply does not work correctly. I tried to power off and re-boot in safe mode, but it still takes forever!

What's up (Toshiba help line will get ' phoned later this afternoon!) and how do I back out of the box settings? Can I start and enter the BIOS with F2 or F8 magic or similar to reset everything?

Any ideas would be most appreciated.

    Thank you.

On each new Toshiba notebook is preinstalled original Toshiba recovery image. This recovery image contains many tools and utilities as well as additional applications. Most of them start by operating system and slows down the startup time.

Please note: when you get the new book of Microsoft updates are set to auto so when you start your laptop and there is LAN or WLAN connotation your laptop will start to automatically download the updates and it will slow down the performance of any computer laptop.

What you need is the optimization of the OS.

  • Computer takes forever to stop + display does not properly

    Hello

My computer began to take a long time to shut down (10-15 minutes) and then crashes with blue screen of death...

Also when it comes on sometimes it loads but I have no display and my screen goes to power saving mode

If I reboot, it takes forever to shutdown, then crashes, restarts, and the screen does not work until I'm physically hold the power button to turn off and then turn it on again, then the display works fine again. This only started happening in the last day or two, after I did a system restore.

Any ideas what could be the problem?

Vista and Windows 7 updated drivers love then here's how update the most important.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
    each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
    necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
    manually by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

How to install a device driver in Vista Device Manager
    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/193584-Device-Manager-install-driver.html

If you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to disable the facilities of driver under Windows
Updates, that leaves about Windows updates but it will not install the drivers that will be generally
older and cause problems. If updates offers a new driver and then HIDE it (right click on it), then
get new manually if you wish.

Refer to these discussions because many more excellent advice however don't forget to check your antivirus
programs, the main drivers and BIOS update and also solve the problems with the cleanboot method

  • A clean install of Windows 7 x 64 takes forever to search for updates

Don't know why, but the update takes forever to search on a clean install of windows. I made a lot of clean installations of Windows 7 before, but never had a problem with the receipt of the updates. But this time, it just doesn't go as far in receiving updates.

I don't have any firewall or antivirus programs installed on this system. Just new installation of windows 7. Tried the pro versions and at the same time with the same result.

Here's onedrive link for the log file

Please run the Windows Update Troubleshooter:

Please provide details of any problem it reports as not fixed.

Generally updates for Windows 7 can take more than 24 hours to get the list of those available.

  • Installation of some programs takes forever

    Hi gurus,

Since I installed Windows 7 on my new desktop 2 months ago I have seen that some programs take forever to install. Some will be install in seconds and others will take up to an hour before it starts the installation package.
I tried this search intensively and have found no solution online, so here I ask you guys. What could be my problem? And why it doesn't happen on all programs?
    I noticed things:
    • Size of the installed program does not affect the question of the installation. Large and small programs may have problems and large and small programs can install in seconds
    • Generalization of the computer does not affect installation. For example browsing the internet with multiple tabs open isn't a recurring issue
    My system is:
    3770 K I7
    16 GB ram DDR3
    HARD DRIVE 1-120 GB SSD
2-1 TB OF DISK HARD 7200 RPM
    Thank you for your help.

    What antivirus utility you installed?

You are installing from a disc or an executable file that you downloaded from the Internet?

Try temporarily disabling your Antivirus and see what happens.

    Click Start
Type: CMD, according to the results, right-click CMD
    Click on "Run as Administrator"
At the command prompt, type: sfc/scannow

This will check for any breach of integrity

    Restart your system
