  I use FirefoxDeveloperEdition 40.0a2, with OSX 10.10.3.
  After that I put a youtube video in full screen and then return to the normal view, the toolbar (bookmarks) disappeared.   In my experience all kinds of strange things are happening. I tried to put the video on the image and then dragging the corner dimensions so it matches the size of the button, but when testing using the Adobe viewer it will still play the video if I press on the screen in the original much more extensive area of the video.

  Place video, reduce it to the size of the button. Set the image of the poster in the media Panel, and set it to play full screen in the video pane of the folio overlays group.

  I knew this problem myself and managed to find this solution by searching the forums.

  Right-click on the icon of your Firefox (not the one of your task bar), if it is not on your desktop, find it in Mozilla Firefox program folder.

  After that right click, select Properties, then the Compatibility tab, then check the box that says that turn off the timing of the high DPI settings display.

  I bet that if you check the size of the file that has been downloaded it will be probably very small, indicating that it was not downloaded correctly.

  I don't think you have another computer at hand, or a friend with a USB key which may be able to download and copy it for you?  Maybe burn it to a CD or something.

  I could download it and save it to my desktop so I am confident that it is not a problem with the link itself or the file is available for download with success.

  I know this isn't a very good suggestion, but the only other option would be to challenge support and see if a technician can take control of your machine and see if they can solve the problem of internet explore.
