  The good news is, since you have find my iPhone, they will not be able to reuse the phone even if they are trying to restore. Unless they know your password, or you have a valid proof of purchase AGFI won't be deleted.

  So if the person who found the phone knows about it, he or she would rather go back because it would be of no use to them.

  The program is not a program of recovery. You would buy the phone separately which means that if you want, you can sell your old phone. You should not have any phone in order to take advantage of the annual program of upgrade. That's my understanding of it.

  Yes, that's the general idea. You can pass the Sims and it should work perfectly.

  You will have to wait for a response from Apple. There are also discussions in other forums who have indicated that you have lived, and Apple is working on it. Nothing that someone here could help.

  Normally you can choose (it's not automatic) upgrade to a new phone after a minimum of 12 months.

  You can continue to keep for 24 months, how it is yours without additional monthly payments.

  You can also choose to get a new phone after as little as 6 months, but you will have to pay in advance for however many months are needed to get to 12 payments.
