I cancelled my subscription to the month of January, but kept getting load (times) I noticed that it was automatically my PayPal. I "spoke" with a rep on Saturday. She said that she would have to worsen my case and I would hear within 2-3 business days, which would have been yesterday. I feel that I had the wool pulled over my eyes.     You are probably using the Quick - switch to Expert mode at the top. All the tools are only available in Expert mode.

    If you choose to go to CC Photoshop with Lightroom, Photoshop Elements would not be replaced.

    CC of Photoshop and Photoshop Elements are different programs, so the two will remain separate on your machine and catalogue items would not hit at all.

    Some possible causes for failure Remote Desktop connection are:
    a. authentication level is low/disabled.
    (b) the port of remote desktop can be blocked by a firewall.
    c. remote connections might not be enabled on the remote computer.
    d. the remote computer may be asleep or hibernating.
    e. e user account doesn't have a password.
    f. the remote computer may be too busy to accept more connections.

    I are actually eligible for your first condition since my employer is a partner of Oracle.  That said, I don't take the OCS reviews in order to earn stars of gold for my employer.

    Reviews of the OCS are less technically oriented types of certification.
