• How to detect the approve/reject button in the form

  Hi, I created a process and after the kickoff of the process, affected user can approve/reject the form in the workspace. Can I detect which button is pressed in the form and perform a different validation before the form is sent to the server?

  For example, the form had to field & field B, if you press the button approve, to field will be a field of manadated and if rejection touches, field B will be a field of manadated.   I've recently updated to iOS 9.3. Since then, I have not been able to approve requests for app that make my kids through sharing of family. I can see their applications, but nothing happens when I click on the application. No fix for this other than approval of the applications directly on their devices?

  Have been so many complaints since the 9.3 update, Apple released the update which is most likely why you are having problems with the part of the family.

  If all goes well there will be a bug fix in the works soon.

  whenever I hit a page on my request, it gives below the error message in the console

  What version of WLS?

  (1) - Dweblogic.utils.http.maxParameters = XXXX

  This is necessary and can be defined as stated above or by wlst command line (see the example script below). 'xxxx' is the limit of the allowed parameters in an Http request. The recommended value is 10000. A higher value would allow a requestto have more parameters but the server is likely to slow down the serving of other applications.

  WLST Script to set the "weblogic.utils.http.maxParameters" as below

  Connect ("", "", "t3: / / host >:")

  Edit()

  startEdit()

  CD ("servers //WebServer/" "")

  cmo.setMaxRequestParamterCount (10000)

• Change the appearance of the approve/reject buttons

  I was wondering if someone played around with changing the appearance of the button approve and reject the mails for customer approval. I have a client who is very sensitive to aesthetics and I would replace the buttons to something a little more fun. Because the buttons are automatically generated on the field [EMAIL_INCLUDE_MMAURL], I don't have much control over them. Not sure if this could be done with style sheets, or if I could add my own images on the dyamically model create my own mailto: command?

  I think that there is another option also (maybe a lot easier than this things stored procedure). =)

  If I understand correctly, you should be able to specify formatting buttons MMA in the files HTMLMAIL_MMALinkStandard.htm and HTMLMAIL_MMALinkApproval.htm.

  Just check the e-mail folder to locate these files and try to change them.

• Approval of leave requests

  Can any body given the right solution of the following problem.

• Serial - problem task rejected approval task

  I've set up an approval task series in OIM 11 g R2.

  There are two approver.

  First approver is responsible for the user, second approver is a group.

  Scenario:

  1.A user create a request, the request will first approver (User Manager).

  2. when the first approver rejects the request.

  3 request goes to the second approver.

  But when the first approver rejects the request, the request must not go second approver, application has closed.

  What should I do to solve this problem in my workflow?

  Open the ApprovalTask.Task--> go to the assignment tab

  Select the task option will go from start to the last participant--> check the box 'end task when a participant chooses ---> here make your result as a REJECTION.

  BPEL process: This is a web service and inside that we can give the logic to do different things, just as would any Java class, you can interact with DB, write / read a file, interact with queues, interact with other services, BPEL is used in scenarios where you want to integrate 2 system, i.e. the voting for other DB tables and send these data in oracle apps system.

• SOA email notification when Chief rejects the task request.

  Hi all

  We have E-mail SOA trip when the manager approves / denies the request he received notifications ask an end user or a subordinate.

  We use composite Manager recipient OOTB SOA for it. We have configured Notifications in the ApprovalTask.task in the Jdeveloper. We have models of email as when manager approves the request, it will trigger a notification email (say notification1). When the Manager rejectes the demand it will trigger tell (tell notificaiton2) email notification. But in the ApprovalTask.task-> Notifications tab we only "Completed" as the task status. How we can configure model e-mail when Chief rejects the request.

  If she isn't here OOTB, you may need to add a task Notification by e-mail in the workflow of unzip and opening it with JDeveloper.  From there, you can capture a response in the payload of "REJECTED" and have an e-mail sent to the Manager of beneficiary, or that you want.

  Had opened a SR with Oracle Support to find out if there is a public API for the expense report - approval and reject functionality.

  Currently there is no, but Oracle has open an enhancement request.

  The problem is when Manager of dismiss the application, approval still continue to the owner.
  
  How to force dismiss them the application, when one of the approvers reject the request?

  While developing the approval workflow, there is a checkbox in ApprovalTask.tak in JDeveloper.

  You see an option in the tab of the assignment:

  task from start to the last participant

  The change, and then select "* your task when the Member chooses: REJECTION."

  Any request for a particular resource goes to this group for approval.
  
  I tried most of the tables in oim 11g r2 to find a relationship between the request and the approver group.
  
  The demand table has information about the request but no relationship with regard to the approver. Approver as a group, I need to know the status of name and the Group (pending, approved, rejected) request.

Problem here is after approver final (3rd approver) approves the leave request then error. I traced the key of the element through workflow administrator > Status Monitor.

  Thanks for this. Which is still not very well what it takes. We will try to launch WFSTAT.sql and WFSTATUS.sql. After Oracle's Support article:

  How to find the ITEM_TYPE and ITEM_KEY to run the Wfstatus.sql for a Transaction of WebHR [ID 430586.1]

  You don't need to stick in all. Try to search in the results of those scripts for 'error' and 'ORA -' to see if you can find the error. This should give us some clues.
