App is more connected to the internet.

I had a problem two weeks where the Frontier Brave app loses the connection to the internet. It requires a download on the app store, then it requires an additional installation. 14% in the download (varying from time to time, but rarely going above 14%) it stops and says that "a connection error has occurred.". Brave frontier was the only application that I had this problem on for more than a week, and then later hero Buster, another app, has had a similar problem. My other apps game (Puzzle and the Dragons and the dungeon bosses, for example) work perfectly well. I have never internet problems on something else.

The strangest part of this is that Frontier Brave actually install successfully the first time that I downloaded. Later, I had to remove it due to another problem, but when I tried to re-download it, he stopped to install correctly. I looked to see if anyone else has had this problem and I couldn't find anything remotely recent. The application itself seems not to be to blame, because none of the forums dedicated to the game discuss this issue.

I have tried the following to try to make it work:

-Removed and reinstalled the app.

-Restarted my iPod.

-Ensure that the date/time information is synchronized.

-Changing my DNS server.

-Reset the settings of my network.

The only other suggestion I found is a complete factory reset, but I can't do it without losing my data on my other apps, since for some reason any iTunes does not seem to be to make backups of my iPod properly (even if it is a question for another time). Is there anything I might be able to do to try to get these apps to work?

I use an iPod Touch 6th generation with iOS 9.2.1 (this problem before and after the upgrade).

Have you put off, then back on your router?

This happens with all networks?

Probably just a problem with the internet connection of servers/general which there can't do anything
