App Store network connection has been lost because

MacBook air early 2015 El Capitan 10.11.6

Regardless of the service providers network, firewall is turned off, I get "we couldn't complete your purchase. Network connection has been lost"message when I try to install any app from App Store.

Any help appreciated.

    I've upgraded to the latest version of Flash to correct what I thought was a problem in Firefox.  This problem turned out to be something else but now Safari will not play ANY flash content.  I uninstalled and reinstalled several times.  I even installed an earlier version.  All the these have exactly the same result.  Flash works in Firefox, but not in Safari.  I cleared the cache.  I entered the settings of flash securty and remove all the content.  Nothing seems to change this.  Anyone have any ideas?

    Never mind.  Stupid stupid stupid.  There was a firewall rule blocks flash.  I don't know why it worked in Firefox but when I unchecked, fixed it.

    Have you tried restarting your Mac since the first of the four occurrences?  You should if you have not already.

    I had this problem too. Here is how I fixed it in about 3 seconds.

    1.) by scanning in the right and type "WSReset.exe" (without the quotes) in the search bar.

    2.) click on the application that appears. It will look like a Windows Store icon.
