  I am trying to import RAW + JPEG images of my new Canon EOS 80 d in Photos. When I try to choose images-> use BRUTE as the original , I get the following error message:

  Cannot switch Original.

  Pictures cannot move to the original because the RAW is not supported.

  I wonder now if the current version of Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Update includes the 80 d EOS, and if not, when it will be updated.

  I have not seen the 80 EOS D on the RAW supports list - Digital camera RAW formats supported by OS X El Capitan - Apple Support

  You're not talking Apple here.  It is a moderated forum for Apple to discuss features and troubleshooting. Apple-> system-> software update Preferences menu contains options to disable automatic downloads, although the Mac App Store update itself for Snow Leopard activates the automatic notifications of updates.  While a nuisance, you have just to tell more later, only choose to update once you have read the documentation to verify that its good operation with what you have.  Always back up your data before allowing updates.

• Why is the app store not update/download apps

  It has been more than a week.  I have 35 applications that need to be updates and new applications I want to achieve... downloaded and the app store is dead... just dead and useless.  I did research on the issue and none of the solutions I've scratched the work.  How Apple let this just drag?

  In addition, I feel like that has happened, my battery seems to be draining much faster than usual.  I can't help but speculate that something is happening in the background of this phone and it's associated software.

  If my version 9.2 is not the most recent, then my phone is not letting me check for later version software (an error pops up when checking for software updates in the settings... this small wheel just guard spinning that appears an error message).

  If this continues, I'll have to bring my phone and I am seriously considering to return to Android.  I'm frustrated to say the least... and is preparing to launch this gigantic brick of a phone off the Bay Bridge.  Help!

• Update error of camera raw 4.6 Photoshop 6

  Hello, when I update my software photoshop elements 6, it says that there is an update available, called: "Adobe Camera Raw 4.6, 'available.  But, when he tries to install it I get an error that says: "Unable to locate the product to be updated."  I use a mac, osx 10.5.8.  I wonder if this will become a problem as I start to process the raw photos.  Thanks for any advice.

  If you want to use your new camera raw images in an older version of Camera Raw, you can convert raw images to DNG.

  In doing so, you have even an option to embed the original raw file in the DNG format, which you can later extract if necessary. So, you only have to keep the files DNG versions; no need to have duplicated data unnecessarily fill up your hard drive.

  It is a very simple application to use, but if you need instructions, they are in the Readme DNG Converter.

  You can force quit the App Store.

  Click on your Apple  menu at the top left of your screen.

  In the menu drop down click on force quit.

• Search icon disappeared from the app store after update 9.3

  I just updated my OS to 9.3 and then I tried to download an app, so I clicked on the app store. And there is no more ' search' button. So, to see anything close to a "search", I have to go "Refresh" or "purchased" and I see a little box of tiny search at the top right. I said okay, guess now search is just an action commonplace for people to apple, but either, then I typed the thing I wanted to download. But have I not the results list? NO! Of course it will not find anything, because this isn't the appropriate research field. Where is the search box? I won't update my iphone now because of this.

  The search on the bottom button is now a search box in top right.
