The Apple Store won't let me download free applications without entering credit card information, how to fix this? (On my iPhone 6)

You should be able to select "no".

If this is not the case, this means that there may be a balance at a point that must be resolved before you will have access to free applications again.

If the apple case support give a call.

    Hello

    1. what Internet browser do you use on your computer?
    2. that you get an error message when downloading a file?

    Method 1.
If you suspect a virus activity I highly recommend to run a Scan of Virus online.

Sometimes the security program installed might not be fair enough. I also recommend you update your security software regularly.

    a. follow the link below to start the free online scan:
    http://OneCare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm

    b. run the malware removal tool from Microsoft.

Also I recommend you to install the free security software from Microsoft. Which is easy to install and automatically updated
Here is the link to download.

    Method 2.
If you use Internet Explorer 7 or later you can try the steps below and check if you are able to download the files.

I would recommend you to optimize internet explore.
See the article below for steps optimize internet explore.
    How to optimize internet Explorer?

    b. If nothing works to solve the issue try reset Internet Explorer.
    How reset internet Explorer?
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/923737
    IE reset warning:
Please note that reset the settings of Internet Explorer running resets all of the settings defined by the user, including those established by the installed extensions, toolbars and other add-ons for IE by default. This includes all the security, privacy and settings area. Also this will erase browsing history, delete all temporary Internet, cookies, form data files and especially all the passwords.

If the problem persists I would ask you to uninstall and reinstall Internet Explorer and check.

    Method 3.
Check to see if the problem exists in Mode safe mode with networking. See the article below for the procedure safe mode in Windows XP
A description of the options to start in Windows XP Mode

    I hope this helps.

  • My phone won't let me download anything it says that there is a problem with my account

    Original title: I need help

My phone won't let me download any thing he says there is a problem with my account but when I click next to fix it there is nothing

Open accounts settings and tap on your account and let it sync. Otherwise, create a new account and the old account will remain intact. Otherwise reset your phone if you want to use the current account after installation to reset your phone as you do when you buy it and then enter your current account, this will remove all the defects of phone too and you'll be able to get things.

  • Why Firefox won't let me download anything?

Basically, I had a problem these days. I can't download anything on Firefox or another browser, I try to use. Files download without problem, and when he's doing so I can still see the files under development in the appropriate folders.

However, when the download is complete, the file just... disappears. It's the same for every file I try to download, not just one or two. Ranging from games, music, etc.

When I search upwards in the start menu, it appears, but when I click on it, he said, it is looking for the file, but I can choose to search for it myself, leaving me very confused. Go to the location of the file takes me to recent, where it shows the files that I downloaded as 1 KB shortcuts, but with the original file nowhere to be found.

If I may note, after downloading these files disappearing always occupy all the space on my drive that they argued that they could not only 1 KB. In addition, about a week or two before this happened, my computer mysteriously started losing a lot of space on the C: drive, to the point where I got a warning for having such space low; even if I was not doing something. Not sure if that plays one any part in this regard, but I thought I would add that in any way.

Someone here has a solution to this? I wish I had answers, please.

If download hangs at the last minute (just before reaching 100%), the cause may be an antivirus software that tries to parse the file and during this process the instance of Firefox crashes.

To resolve the issue, try disabling the analysis as follows:

    1. In the address bar, type Subject: config and press enter. The subject: config "this might void your warranty!" warning page may appear.
    2. Click on I'll be careful, I promise!, to continue on the subject: config page. A list of parameters must appear
    3. Filter the list by typing in the search bar at top. Enter scanWhenDone. Now you should find the "browser.download.scanWhenDone" preference.
    4. Double-click this preference to set the value to false.
    5. Then, try to download something and see if it still crashes.

Please reply and let us know if this helped you!

  • Windows store won't let me download Windows 8.1 - says I have to be an administrator, but I'm already!

I'm trying to download Windows 8.1 from the store Windows, but whenever I click on green install button, it keeps telling me that I can't download the 8.1 update because I am not the administrator. I AM THE ADMINISTRATOR. I am registered on the administrator account. The firewall is down. What is the problem?

Microsoft if your listening, your operating system is terrible. It seems that with every BONE is even worse. Stopped to try to complicate things by making them more complex and keep them simple. I'm administrator, let me download stuff. I should have spent the extra $1000 and got a Mac.

    Hello

Uninstalling Windows Update KB2871389 and then put it back solves the problem for most people who have tried.

You can uninstall it by going to programs and features and by clicking on "View installed updates" at the top to the left. You will need to scroll the list to find it. Then right-click on it to get the option uninstall.

You might also might want to consider turning off or uninstall security 3rd party programs...

  • Won't let me download anything not "enough disk space" when I have over 200 GB of available

All of a sudden my late 2011 macbook pro does not allow me to download anything on the internet. It is said there is not enough free disk space to however I have over 200 GB of free. When I look at the internal drive and the drive macbook hard disk, it indicates that the hard disk is completely full when I run disk utility, but the only thing that I should have on my Mac hard drive that has plenty of space. Nothing seems to work. I tried to repair/correction of disk utility and it does not say there is a problem, but obviously something is not seriously. Help, please!

If you try to add a large amount of data at once, and you receive an alert about the lack of space, then in the menu bar, select

     ▹ System Preferences... ▹ Time Machine

If there is a padlock icon in the lower left corner of the preferences window, click on it to unlock the settings and to authenticate. Turn off the Machine time and then back on. Close the window.

    Restart the computer. Test.

I think it's a sercurity setting because it has been like that since I got this computer. Also, he has been able to download iTunes but everything I try and download it deletes when it reaches 99%. I don't know what security setting provided with this computer to delete my downloads, but we must stop.

What browser do you use? If IE, restore its settings. If you use 64 bit IE. Use the 32 bit IE. Or another browser
