Apple has cut my iCloud service, Mail has stopped and it is not restoration

Chase refused my iCloud payment after we moved, because I didn't know that I had to change my address on iCloud system preferences. Mail stopped last night (14 hours) and when I got up this morning I've corrected payment information.

I expect that Mail for the last 14 hours would then 'restore', but it is not.

At Apple thrown 14 hours of email?

I can't call Apple support, because they now require appointments, and I will be at the rendezvous at the first time is available. I'll then go out shopping. I lose more mail?

It is a very poor service from Apple. They cut me in a nano - second. Although the problem goes back to October 30, their first e-mail came yesterday, just before they cut me.

Your mail is still in the servers, but I don't know how long they will be there or if they went.  You can certainly call Apple Support - https://www.apple.com/support/contact/ and they will take your call.

    You can try to uninstall and reinstall the USB controllers and check:

    To remove and reinstall all USB controllers, follow these steps:

    a. Click Start, click Run, type sysdm.cpl in the Open box and then click OK.

    b. click on the Hardware tab.

    c. click the Device Manager button.

    d. expand Bus USB controllers.

    e. right click on each device under the Bus USB controllers node and then click on uninstall to remove them one at a time.

    f. restart the computer and reinstall the USB controllers.

    g. plug in the removable USB storage device and test to make sure that the problem is solved

    From time to time it happens on my P500 too but especially if I look at a Web page with flash player but after driver recover everything is OK again.
    To be honest, I don't see it as a major problem.

    A site proposed shutdown PC and unplug it from the power supply, then plug it back start-up and back... this as did not work!

    I also assume that you have tried all other USB ports on the computer. tried a verified USB device (for example, a flash drive) in the USB usually when you plug in your iPhone. and I tried your iPhone in another computer (I know it's rare for an error message Windows really means what he says, but sometimes the material lacks).

     First of all, please disconnect all USB devices and then perform the following steps:
