Apple has literally destroyed my mac

So, this happened:

My mac was perfectly fine, sometimes it would be heat just for nothing. So I contacted the suport of apple. Then I had to hold in Options-command-shift. Then my fan started for nothing, I shut down the computer during the night, and the fan was still when I started the computer. (Remember it's Apple's fault), my battery decided to not charge sometimes and sometimes charge. It took literally 5 minutes to stop the 1 program (Chrome, for example). My mac gets really hot, the fan does not turn, when it's really hot it turns. Also my speakers started to does not, sometimes, even if I had my WE sound. Can you help me solve this problem, should I call Apple and tell them?

I have a macbook air 11 inches, mid-2012. El Capitan 10.11.4 version.

Sounds as if the troubleshooting procedure, they told you

Try, revealed a problem that may require the replacement of material.

Whether or not "Apple" caused this symptom or not, it allowed

results can occur?

However most of them would only determine if a problem is

in software or hardware. If you can't do the latter, an expert

should then and you could detail exactly the problem without any type

blame on the other; After all, you're here with your fingers on the buttons.

There are a few other things that you might try, as an Apple diagnosis

test; Breast OS X from the computer. You may be able to use OS X Recovery

and use it to run disk utility and verify the material to some extent.

These would be useful to a professional, who can understand the results.

In any case... as another Mac user or non-voluntary who has

taking time to respond to almost 01:00 hour (I am a person of day)

I hope you will take the suggestion to try again, with perhaps another
