  I am from Pakistan and I'll buy an Iphone 5 from a local seller. I want to describe here is that I've never been a user of iphone so far, but I've heard about the terms and have know how lock/unlock icloud and network operators/stuff.

  According to the seller that I cloud is locked and can be easily unlocked. I went through the apple site using the IMEI number he gave me and have found that I can't do something without ID/password user. I asked the seller and he is not sure about the icloud ID/password.
