    Greetings Swiss_Nic,

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support. It seems that you want to use the Apple iOS 10 music and it works when you use a Wi - Fi connection, but does not load when you use cellular data.  Looks like you already have a troubleshooting. There is another parameter that you don't mention and which can be useful to check.

Go to settings > cellular > make sure the music is enabled. If it is not active you can activate and test to see if the problem persists.

    Take care.

  • How can I change the order of songs in my list "to the top following" of Apple's music with the 10 iOS?

Thanks for your help guys! :-)

    Hey Aktivoli,

If I understand correctly, you use the Apple music app and want to change the order of the songs until the next.
I recommend reading this article, it explains how to change the order in the Apple's music library and playlists.

Swipe up on reading to display your queue up next, that lists all the songs that you have selected for the current playback.

Drag the songs with to rearrange the order, or swipe to the left to remove a song you want to ignore.

    Hi marcityme,

I understand that your iPhone is automatically download music on your device at the price of a large majority of the storage capacity of your iPhone. In such a situation, you can disable automatic downloads in settings > music.

If you want to enable automatic downloads for all the music that you add to your library in the future, go to settings > music, then highlight the downloads section and type automatic downloads.

    Hello eaytdjt,

If features such as for you, browse, and search in the Apple's music do not work for you, try to leave the music app and restart your iPhone.  Which will restore a connection to the Apple site.

Force a nearby application on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

  • iPhone new Apple's music download library

    Hello

I just got a new iPhone and restored from an iTunes upward. It has everything worked perfectly except for my library of apple's music.

The library shows all the same music (from my library of music iCloud); However, there is no download on the new phone (no music stored locally). Is there a way to download all of the music recorded on my previous phone or what I need to download any music album by album, that would be rather tedious.

When before my music was synchronized via my mac iTunes library, restore the backup of my old phone all the music was also transferred. I'm looking to replicate this in substance.

    Thank you

    Chris

After upgrading to Ios 10, I discovered that the switch to the Apple music had failed on 'ON '. I had a small list of playback on the phone and realized that some of the songs had changed versions and even artists. I connected to itunes on my PC, deleted from the playlist, and then re-sync to restore it as it was before the upgrade. I have no use for Apple music or the effects of the i-cloud. Therefore, if you have decided to upgrade, remove your playlists from your phone first and then once the installation is complete, be sure to toggle the on OFF Apple's music before you restore your playlists!

  • Apple's music has disappeared

My library of Apple's music disappeared after I reconnect to my Apple account. In the preference I turn on "ICloud Music Library", but the music appears.

I have IPhone 5s with iOS 9.3.4 and active subscribe Apple music.

    Hey there guar47,

Thank you for joining the communities Support from Apple! I see in your post that you have disconnected (e) your Apple ID in settings > iTunes and App Store, then signed back. After doing this, you have noticed that you are missing your music library on your device. I can see why this would be a concern, so I'm happy to provide tips that can help.

This is an expected behavior for the music that you have made available offline to remove after signing out and back in to your account in the settings > iTunes and App Store. That said, you should always be able to see the songs and albums you have added music from Apple. These songs should have an icon of little cloud next to them to indicate that they are part of your library, but not stored locally on the device.

As a first step, I recommend simply restarting your iPhone to see if the problem persists. If your content is still missing after restarting your device, I would open the music application and make sure that you have selected ' Show All Music'. To make sure that this option is enabled, you'll need to operate any of the different views (artists, Albums, etc.), then choose 'Show All Music '.

You have any other device that you use Apple music with? This should also help you narrow the issue further.

    See you soon!

  • Siri does not work. It can respond to me when I say hello or ask a definition or calculation, but nothing like that to open applications or play some things from Apple's music.

Hello. I have an iPhone on iOS 9.2 and siri 6 did not work. I can do things as said in the title, but could not open all the apps or do something with apple's music. The message that I get when asking to 'Open the Messages app' is 'you can't see an application called 'messages'. We could see if the app store has it. "For music from Apple, when I ask 'Play my mixed songs', it says"Sorry, I'm unable to play your music." Before you answer, it takes a while to load, if that helps somehow. If someone knows how to fix this or help, please comment. Thank you.

I also have similar problems. I bought my iPhone 6 s more in January, and the software is up-to-date. Siri seems to understand me very well, but can't seem to perform the tasks. I get messages like: "it does not appear that you have an app called music", "uh oh there's a problem you can try again? ',"Sorry, I can't play your music"and many more responses means having a hard time to do anything. I tried to reset my settings and at this point, I'm about to wipe the phone and try again see if that makes a difference. It's been less than a month I've had this phone... I'm tempted to send it back.

  • Apple broken music

Since I've updated my IOS 9.2 software I lost all my music from Apple's music and I'm able to download songs to listen to offline (although I have to pay £9.99 for this service!)

Look in the settings - music and make sure 'Show Apple Music' is always on. Perhaps there was disabled during the upgrade to 9.2. If it's not it I also check under iTunes and App Store and make sure that you have logged on with the iTunes account that you used to subscribe to the Apple's music. Finally, I would like to check the status of your subscription to make sure that the sub of Apple's music is still active. The problem occurs only on my iPad 2 Air. Updated the iOS version 9.2 but the problem persists. It works on my iPhone 6 more (iOS 9.2) and the search works well.

Here's what I've done so far:

    1. close Apple music and open Music Apple - does not work

    2. restarted my iPad 2 Air - does not work

    3. signed on iTunes and new - does not work

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

    Andrew

    Hey guys,.

I found a solution for this. Apparently, the problem occurred because the date and time on my iPad has been turned off.

So, here is what I did:

Go to settings > general > Date & time > select set automatically-> WE

That did the trick and I am able to search again for the music!

    Hope it will be useful.

    Best regards

Trying to register for an account of apple's music. I went through and checked my student discount. When opening upward in iTunes it says "to use this feature, make sure that see the Apple music is selected in preferences.

When I go into the preferences of the "Show the features of apple's music" box is already checked. At a loss here...

Do it from iTunes directly on your computer. Connect your iPhone to your computer.
Click on iTunes Store, can find account manage, need to scroll to the bottom of the page. Click account management, and then enter your password. Scroll down the page until you see subscription (1) and click on manage. Select student members and follow the steps to verify with your student email. It should work.
