Apple Software update for windows stop working after 2.2? updated in date dated March 10,2016. Do not install! I had to reinstall and ignore the update to get it working again

I guess my computer Windows 10 cannot speak on the new secure server this update tries to connect to. For now, I just went and reinstalled and ignored the 2.2 update or anything like that. The difficulty of this Apple. What did your so-called security update is breaking the Apple software update.

I did the update when it appeared and it worked well for me. I even used it to update iTunes earlier this week, but this morning noticed the same error on two machines. Clearly question server side of Apple, they need to fix

On the Mac Pro 2013, did someone else repeatedly offered the

    (1) "graphics Driver Update for Boot Camp" (version 6.0) - 339 MB

    and then the

    (2) "Apple Boot Camp Update" (also v6.0) - 265 MB? It's a Mac of 2013 Pro Win 10 worm. 1511 running with an AMD over-pants GL D700. From the looks of #1, it was created in late March 2016 and pushed early April by Apple. 2nd one, judging by the. RAR-like icon (stack of books) and digital signature, it seems to be older (~ November 2015).

So I installed #1 and it updated my drivers 15.201 to 15.301 AMD. Yay. But then the next day that it prompted me to #2, so I installed it too much thinking he was not associated with graphics. Drivers AMD has not been restored after the installation of #2; they are still 15.301. But then I would get invited to update #1 once again, and if installed, then you are prompted for #2 even ONCE, then #1, wash, rinse, repeat.

For now, I've disabled #2 in Apple Software Update, so at least ASU is no longer * to me every day. Thinking that perhaps it would be Windows, crushing the Apple drivers, I did the part under Block Driver Update and there is only the Intel CPU components and bridges etc it. So I made the way to stop the automatic driver updates, but it made no difference, either:

This was of no help either:

    http://www.howtogeek.com/223864/how-to-uninstall-and-block-updates-and-drivers-o n-windows-10.

I did not uninstall the ASU still (where would I reinstall?) or by downloading the Boot Camp driver again package (he used to update only to 10.9, 10.10, 10.11, etc. so I am skeptical, they changed just to 10.11.4).) Why not? Because I have not! et c’est un gaspillage freaking de mon temps. Whatever it is, no one knows for certain how do to repair or say Apple STOP OFFERING them several times?

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.

Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
    each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers

  • Satellite M50A - ELAN touchpad stopped working - again!

Do not forget this recent thread?

    https://Forum.Toshiba.EU/showthread...topped-working

Well guess what that my mouse and touch pad stopped working again today, this time during a Windows Update (and not after) - and guess what... the 'momentum - other hardware - MOMENTUM Input Device"was one of the updates, as well as the last time.

The good news, for me, anyway, is that this time the problem was temporary. After forcing a restart by a long press on the power button, mouse and touchpad has been restored after finishing installing updates.

EDIT - just to say that my touchpad customizations for example reverse scroll direction, 3 finger tap to start the browser etc were all lost. Not much, just a nuisance

And as a follow-up, after you change the registry to restore the functionality to launch my favorite browser with a finger 3 press on (see another thread for reason of why I had to use regedit) I've had intermittent results.

Now, I realized that the 3 finger 'press' feature seems to have disappeared to be replaced by a '3 fingers' touch. It is not documented that I can see, the registry key names remained the same, but pressing done nothing at all works a 3 persistent finger touch.

  • Apple software update server could not be found

I get the very annoying error message on the update to the latest version of iTunes on my computer Ultimate de Windows 7 32 bit 12.3.3.17. "The Apple software update server could not be found. Check your Internet settings and try again. "My program of the Apple software update is 2.2.  I tried a repair it and iTunes without result. Any suggestions?

It seems to be widespread. USS worked for me and even used to update iTunes earlier this week, it still worked after that. But this morning the error appears when you try to ASU on all our machines. The reason that it seems that the latest version of iTunes is to blame is I think as part of its installation is ASU updated to the latest version, after which the server problem. I contacted the support apple via Twitter, maybe that others should do the same to add weight to the issue. what I've read, it seems that a server AKMAI problem is to blame. Hope that this problem is fixed soon.
