I broke finally completed and reset, delete content and settings. I backed up to iCloud before resetting. I hope that my content is in the cloud. When it's that can be. No worse no service. I finally threw in the towel and called the Apple support. Put on hold for 10 minutes and transferred to someone who was without assistance at all. She advised me to call my career that I immediately hooked and called AT & T. On hold again, but only for 2 minutes and a great guy, tried everything to solve the problem.     1. Check AirPlay is on the Apple TV (turn market if it already is)
    2. Check that both devices are on the same network (settings > Wifi on the mobile device and the settings > general > network, on the Apple TV).
    3. Restart the Apple TV (settings > general > restart).
    4. Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL cables for 30 seconds.
    5. Restart your router. (Also try to remove the power cord for at least 30 seconds)
    6. Restart your computer or mobile device.
