  I have an itunes library that contains 20 GB of songs. I used to sync my library of music manually on my iphone so my iphone contained 14 GB of music.

The songs I used to sync with my iphone has a "local version" and the songs that I chose to not synchronize with the iphone are appearing as a 'cloud' with the symbol cloude version so that they not use my iphone storage.

  Your music will be always connect to Apple and validate that you have an active Apple music subscription so that you can play music downloaded in offline mode. I suspect that's what you see, unless the use of data is important.

  Your logs show that your system is OOMing. Plex is using a lot of memory. You can contact technical support as proposed by StephenB.

  I don't understand. You can view a local folio on the desktop and plug them on Android. You need not log in designer folio to see & work on your local slips. See the picture of me not connected to the folio builder Panel, but I can see my local folios and I saw available.

  All other methods via prefs may or may not work reliable and extensions usually do the opposite and are trying to force a boot online.
