Apple won't fix my watch. What can I do?

Apple Watch does not correctly read my heart rate. It will fall to a 40-hour read in the middle of an intensive training all the time. And no.... I get dizzy not turn white or feel weak when this happens. The watch is nice and warm, I reset, rebooted, not paired and matched still freshly. He was once at the Apple store and had to send it to a repair center that it was returned without be fixed. A week or two later, I contacted the online support with the same question. We went through steps to try to fix it, and since we couldn't, he was once again sending for repair. Now, I just got an email that my watch is returned to me because the service could not reproduce the problem.

I had this problem once with a refurbished iMac that they made me turn to a service repair 3 times, before finally replacing with a new one. I bought my first Apple computer, a Macintosh Performa in the 1990s (with a printer Apple, Apple scanner and Apple external hard drive), so of course I'm a die hard Apple fan, but it goes offshore.

ARGGGG! Anyone has a suggestion as what to do now? I'm not buying a new watch!

Hello

Apple says that, even in ideal conditions, Apple Watch may not be able to save a reliable heart rate monitor each time reading for everyone.

For best performance of the sensor of heart rate during the training, Apple suggests you consider your clamping beforehand watch band and he loosen again thereafter.

The sensor is also likely to give better results for workouts that involve rhythmic (for example running) rather than the irregular movements (for example boxing). Other problems that can affect the performance of the sensor include the perfusion of the skin and wrist tattoos.

If your workouts involve flexing your wrists (for example what weight lifting, for example), it can help to keep your watch a little higher on your arm, the joint in flexion.
