  I bought this Toshiba laptop in August with 8 (64-bit) windows integrated.

  It all started yesterday, when Windows has crashed due to a "BAD_POOL_HEADER" error Since then, I can't access the "Start" menu in Windows 8, can't run all the applications related to this tablet - like menu. For example, I can't even open a photo more or cannot open a PDF with Acrobat Reader.

  My problem is twhreefold:
  First of all, it seems that the app Manager doesn't seem to work when I start the computer. And this application manager seems to be required to operate the start menu.

  Secondly, I can't access the settings of my computer with my cursor on the upper right, making it impossible to shut down my computer in the normal way.

  Third, when I managed to restart my computer, I get most of the time to a black background and just an image of non-working image of the quickbar at the bottom of the screen. Nothing works.

  Oddly, the only way I found to "solve" this problem is by pluging - in a second screen. However, it is simply a temporary solution: whenever I plug off the second screen, the nightmare starts again.

  Could you please help me identify exactly the problem and help me solve it?

• Not connected Secure Application Manager

  Hi all

  I use Acer Aspire 4937 Windows Vista and when I load the Secure Application Manager it does not connect. I'm running under administrator and have disabled all my firewall. The icon is white instead of blue shooting.

  I read a response from forum suggested running in "safe mode with network" and the truly connected secure application manager! But now how do I get it connected in "normal" mode.

  If your application is connected correctly in safe mode, this means that there is a conflict with other software or programs.

• How do I uninstall the program hidden from Adobe Application Manager

  I accidentally allowed Adobe to install Adobe Application Manager. I want to uninstall it, but it is not in the list of programs in the control panel. The location of file folder has no way to reinstall the program or uninstall it. Anyone know what I can do or should I just go to a system restore point?

  These cats are not recoverable I would say.

  I honestly do not remember on BBM for Android if the history of cats is a feature or an option.

  Open your BBM and check the settings for BBM... you have an option to enable chat history saving?

  Well. I have been using the design standards of my Adobe Creative Suite 6 from 2014. I pay for it and it's mine to use. Today, for some reason when I try to open Photoshop to finish work on some photos of the competition (deadline at midnight), I get a pop up as soon as I click on Photoshop and Photoshop never opens (it just freezes). The pop up says I have to download an application handler.

  I am so freaking crazy! I don't understand how they get away with it. Imagine buying a car and after 3 years, the company has put a hold on it, and you cannot start!  It is obsolete!

  I own a creative suite design standard 6 for the last 3 years. It works beautifully and I am a photographer. Today, for some reason, I get the pop-up when I try to open my Photoshop. The pop up according to download a new application manager. I tried everything to open the application. Impossible! It works not there 2 days I post-processing of the images.

  I recommend going ahead and force quit Adobe Application Manager and restart the update.

  Before retrying the update please temporarily disable the firewall system with any security/antivirus program installed on your machine.

  I just rebuilt my OS (Windows Home 64-bit 10) and reloaded my installation CD PS5. When I went to check the updates (there should be some new!), they showed me that there are updates for each product in the suite.
