  I downloaded the version of EVALUATION of CS6, and about 70% full path, I get a dialog box that wants a serial number. This same dialog box indicates that I have "00" days left in my trial.

  I use dreamweaver CS5.5, an upgrade to dreamweaver 8. My pc crashed and I lost dreamweaver. When I tried to reinstall it will not install so I'm creating dreamweaver on my laptop.

  In the end, I enter my product number and I wonder for my previous version of Dreamweaver 8. I put this product number in and even if it's good I thought it is not a participating product. I used it for many years and have bought Add ons for it. So why he didn't accpt now? On a PC running windows 7

  Looking for support or advice than web online chat phone assistance and communications was lower and had still not had a response.

  Have an account of the CC team but with only 1 seat.  Started using Illustrator where I like it's tested, connect with my CC email address but still then proceeds to ask for a serial number.

  Obviously have no serial so now I sit with a trial and look at it backwards from the days.

• Help, please! Serial number invalid, version student CS5.5 - Mac

  Product: Adobe creative suite 5.5 design premium - education edition

  Computer: iMac (OS 10.6.6)

  I got the serial number in the email on 1st Oct, activated the suite without problem and used Illustrator couple time. Yesterday when I opened Illustrator, it says that I need to activate and unable to connect to the internet even if my computer is always connected to the internet. Customer support chat 2 but they said it's a technical problem, I need to talk to tech support. Tried to call technical support (Australia), could not get through.

  So I uninstall and reinstall the suite but when I entered the serial number, he said that "this serial number is not valid for this product". Anyone can help please tell me how to solve this problem or who is the right person to contact! I really need to use the software for any emergency. Thank you!

  You need to contact Adobe technical support - they are really the only ones who can help you...  In the meantime, you might be able to use the software in the free 30 days trial mode, if you weren't already on trial.

  When you proceed with the installation of the software, it will prompt you to enter the serial number to continue installation.

  If you have already installed the software, then whenever you first run the software, a window would come in indicating the no. of days remaining for the use of the trial as well as a dialog box to enter the serial number to activate.

  You can also launch the application and navigate to the 'Help' menu and select 'enable '. The activation screen came to get the serial number of your part, enter the serial number and the trial is converted to a full version.

  The problem you are having is because the serial number, you have for a version upgrade of Acrobat which means you own earlier version of Acrobat.

  If you have the serial number previous version Acrobat with you, you can enter that screen and it should work.
