I am Member creative cloud with a subscription studying for the adobe programs. I just got a new computer and when I downloaded photoshop it said I was using a 30 day subscription and then invite you to purchase the program. Why it does not recognize that I am a member with access to the program.

CS6 bought does not when the creative cloud subscription is canceled.
Ive loaded the CS6 for my macbook. I already had a free trial of creative cloud and when I try to open CS6 I get a message of subscription must be renewed. I have a purchased copy of the CS6. This is a disc, but as I don't have a cd drive in my macbook I have downloaded from adobe and entered the serial number that has been verified.
I thought about it. I uninstalled again and made a clan creative cloud upward. I found the link through the forum search.

I bought a license for Adobe Lightroom 6 software, however when I followed the instructions, enter the redemption code. And he said: 'You have redeemed successfully from Lightroom 6.' but when I click on download it comes up with a CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg (I'm on a Mac). Why does not update my creative cloud? (Error code 87)
When I start my computer the creative cloud trying to update but stops at 2%. It gives me a message that says "another installer is running which must be closed before the update of this product. I would ask you to please follow the instructions below.
- Click on quit to quit the installer.
- Close the other configurations of Adobe:
Windows
- Right-click the taskbar, and select Task Manager.
- Select the processes tab, and then select Show processes from all users.
- Select any process PDapp.exe or setup.exe, and then click on end process.
- Repeat for all additional instances of process PDapp.exe or setup.exe.
Mac OS
- Press Command + Option + ESC.
- In the Force Quit Applications window, select PDapp or Adobe installer and click on force quit.
- Repeat for all additional instances of applications.
- Re-run the installation program.

Jeff, thanks that worked. I think that when I bought creative cloud, I also created a new id for adobe membership. I think that adobe application manager kept referring to the old id until I disconnected and then again ID associated with the composition of the creative cloud. Everything is OK now. I had a CC subscription for a few years now, am still under 7 Captivate but now to be upgraded. Captivate 9 has been published. BUT when I run the CC application, it does not find my Captivate title, so no option "Update." How can I move forward with the upgrade / update?
