  I have was withdrawal keyboard on my X200s to clean it up a little, because it seemed that something had got stuck in one of the mouse buttons. When I put the keyboard back, I noticed the right ctrl key become loose, and I tried to reattach it.   Is - fixable? Try to bend the clips at the back is the obvious thing to try first, but I hesitate because they might break or I might damage something on the keyboard while trying to do so. Or should I buy a new keyboard or without right ctrl key?

  I encourage you to give Lenovo a call to replace the keyboard (if under warranty). They must be able to redeem 1 free 1.

What is curious to me, is that whenever I try to backup my files, I did so more than once in the last days, I get a message that the last backup was cancelled because it couldn't finish. But when I look at the contents of the disc, the only thing that indicates that there is nothing there's a folder name of the computer. I have files on the drive I installed manually. When I switch my pointer on the folder (name of my computer), it says that the folder is empty? Then when I open it there is a sub-folder called set back again several subfolders marked save the file with a date and a number. All these files are empty?

  I thought when I backed up the files on my drive external, that they would be there on the screen and freely accessible, like the ones I put on manually? Would someone mind explaining the process to me... in layman's terms?

  Firefox on Windows is now after display, scaling options that can make the biggest text on screens at high resolution.

• Why my app crashes when in the dialer?

  I recently had a few crashes at reception or to make a call on my motorcycle g xt1032. I get a pop up saying unfortunately "contacts ceased." I am still able to make the call, but the pop up still until I press OK. Its really annoying that I have to press OK every time before answering a call.

  It's the recent updates of Lollipop for Google + which allows to create the questions and the Contacts app crash when you use the dialer on and outside. Very pretty darn boring and the last update on Google + do not resolve this problem for me yet. The simple but awkward solution is temporarily disable or uninstall the Google app + until they fix this annoying bug. It seems that the issue is not there when phones are updated to the lollipop, but it's still pretty boring for us with slow update schedules.

  TL; DR - disable Google + and the problems disappear!
