ASCTray.exe system error of the program cannot start because rtl120.bpl is missing

Upgrade to Firefox 6, he stopped the problem of connection to internet calling Netflix connection.  Same thing with Chrome and IE8.  Web search proposed that Silverlight was the culprit. I uninstalled FF6, reinstalled FF5, uninstalled Silverlight4, reinstalled version 3 and still get the window pop up announcing the message of ASCTray.exe, rtl120.bpl is missing. What I can see, so far, seems to work, except my NetFlix, which is the most important for me. Anyone out there that meet? I called the place that put my modest computer together for me, and he suggested that I do not use the installation disc that would erase everything out and suggested I do just this, ask around. Thanks to you all. Ratguard

I'm sorry, my comment above omitted a step in recovering the Netflix. It goes: start > run > programdata % > microsoft > playready > then the page containing: mspr.bdds > delete. That's what she said. Ratguard.
