ASSIGNMENT OF CHANNELS COMBOBOX CHN

How can I use the channel selected in the combobox or chncombobox inside the TDR report control.

How to assign the selected channels in the control combobox or chncombobox under a new variable name.

Difference between combobox and chncombobox.

  • niHSDIO VI of dynamic channel assign

    It might be a silly question, but I am struggling to find the answer I'm looking for.  When using the niHSDIO assign dynamic channels VI with the PXI-6552, how to determine which channel is assigned to which pinout of the PXI?

    I call the VI as follows:

    I was able to stumble upon this article that shows the pinout diagram; However, it does not seem to correlate the VI channels to the PXI pins:

    Intuitively, I presume that the DIO pins corresponding channels and just go in ascending order, but I was wondering if someone could confirm this or point me in the right direction as to where I can identify this information.

    Of trial and error, I have deduced that my hypothesis is correct.

  • difference between the parallelism and assign channel

    What is the difference between

    RMAN > run {}
    allocate channel c1 device type disk;
    allocate channel c2 device type disk;
    }

    AND

    RMAN > configure channel device type disk parallelism 2;

    9i / 10g:

    RMAN > run {}
    allocate channel c1 device type disk;
    allocate channel c2 device type disk;
    }
    -Online you manually assign 2 channels.

    RMAN > configure channel device type disk parallelism 2;
    -Online RMAN allocate automatically 2 channels if you do not specify assign channel in your building.

    2 = 2 there is no difference, but if you do:

    RMAN > configure channel device type disk parallelism 2;
    and then
    RMAN > run {}
    allocate channel c1 device type disk;
    allocate channel c2 device type disk;
    allocated channel c3 device type disk;
    }
    RMAN uses your manual assignment and the degree of parallelism is 3

    In any case RMAN will ALLOCATE channels, maybe that they will really be USED.

  • How to assign to the logic of distance in a separate in Logic Pro environment physical port entrance

    Is it possible to assign the logical KEYBOARD with a separate entrance in the port of entry of environmental Logic Pro physics?

    Thank you for your advice.

    I don't think so.  Logic of distance is considered to be a controller. Controller input data stream are made (by logic) before stopping the logic entry in physics. I "think" (I'm not an expert on remote logic) that the flow of midi is available on the port of the sum.

    I'm still not aware that you can change the channel of the South on the logic of distance. So it must be channel a (connected) and your other controllers must be able to have their midi outputs assign other channels if you demux their output.

    (please, correct me if this is not correct about the logic of distance - more conjecture on my part because I use remote logical not)

  • Dynamically change the Ni HSDIO channels

    I am currently using a PXI-6552 module to generate and acquire I2C signals simultaneously.  I would like to know if it is possible (and how I would go to this topic) to dynamic change channels.  My goal is just to pass the two references of NOR-HSDIO (purple variables) to a new slot - VI that I create from a different set of 5 channels 5 channels.  For example:

    Pseudocode:

    PXI sessions initialize;

    for (i = 0; i< 10;="">

    {

    Set the channels 0-5;

    Generate and acquire;

    Stop the acquisition;

    Set channels to 6-10;

    Generate and acquire;

    Stop the acquisition;

    Set channels to 11-15;

    Generate and acquire;

    Stop the acquisition;

    }

    close the sessions of PXI;

    Basically, I need the fastest way for acquisition channels without having to initialize and close sessions each time.

    I am currently using the HWC downloaded the example .zip from here: http://www.ni.com/example/31200/en/. (I've also attached the two that are necessary for my problem).

    Init HWC Device.vi: (also attached)

    Performance Device.vi HWC: (also attached)

    I may need on the screws are Assign dynamic channels, Configure Idle State and initial configuration.  However, I don't know if those are the only ones.  If it's possible, can I close the original channels and then assign more?  Or re-call "Dynamic Assign Channels" automatically disables all channels not assigned?  Etc.

    The important things to note: I'll put 5 channels at once - for both acquisition AND generation.   I need to close the channels and proceed with 5 different channels - for both acquisition AND generation.  All channels must be on the State of the 'z' to high impedance permanently.

    If you need further information, please let me know!  Thanks in advance for any suggestions and assistance.

  • compactRIO: selection channel dynamically

    Hello

    I would like to order multiple power supplies using compactRIO PCI modules, AI / AO. The problem is that I need a solution that fits good based on how many power supplies are controlled by a perticular cRIO system. There could be 5 on a single system and there could be 40 on the other so I won't have to change the program every time, I'd rather just a simple configuration for each source file. I thought that I could set up all parameters power supply and sense in a multidimensional array then have a loop to process each entry in the array. Speed can be a bit of a problem since you can not deal with this in parallel but the speed is not too big of a concern right now.

    My problem with this plan is that I do not know how to select a channel in the FPGA dynamically, without that it does not seem that my idea would work. One has a few suggestions on how to deal with this? Is there a way to select the channel you want to acquire the deactivation data? Or y at - it a better way to make a program like this that can cope with an indefinite number of power supplies? Help and feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    You can create a program by using the scan Mode which will assign dynamic channels based on which modules are present.

  • Configuration of the audio channels in PP 2015.3 v10

    Hello

    I noticed that the path of the Audio track has changed to the Configuration of the Audio channels in the settings of export of the latest PP. Unfortunately, this affects the way in which players such as QuickTime read the layout of the audio channel.

    For example, I went out a DNxHD MOV video with 24 channels for a customer. I attributed to them in my PP of the project and am ready to the output file. The previous version of PP has allowed you to assign titles in the drop-down menu, the Audio track route which, in turn, allowed to see each audio channel / stem in the movie in QuickTime player Properties menu option.

    Unfortunately, in the last version of 2015.3, my final file of DNxHD output has all channels play off the one audio track when opens in QuickTime player. However, I don't see all the audio stems when I reimport the DNxHD PP file so I think that this only affects the software outside Adobe.

    I wouldn't mind not so much, but the customer would like to see the audio presentation in QuickTime player, so I'm a little confused as to what is wrong here with the last update PP.

    Why this changed in the first place? Any help will be very appreciated!

    Concerning

    Tony

    System specifications:

    Premiere Pro 2015.3

    Windows PC 10, 16 GB of RAM

    So, I thought about it fortunately! So you have to choose Audio MONO Channel Configuration settings and then add as many channels as you need (for me it would be 24 mono tracks). As long as you properly assigned audio channels of your sequence, then the output file should be fine.

    This seems a strange and unnecessary change for me - I don't know Adobe not have their reasons, but that would have saved me some valuable time if we have correctly explained in the update notes!

    I'm newbie with Oracle RMAN and in particular, I did not understand the concept of channels (CHANNEL of TYPE ALLOW disk...).

    Hello Raf,

    Assign you channels to create responsible processes of processing the files.
    If you add more channels (and you have a number of processors to support), you can speed up the tasks up to a point.

    to use RMAN, you are good to go right after I installed the software and DB.
    to make a backup (on an open archivelog on db mode), simply:

    $ rman target /
    backup database plus archivelog;

    After that, you can complicate the script.
    the syntax has so many choices and opportunities, I have to refer to the documentation:
    http://docs.Oracle.com/CD/E11882_01/backup.112/e10642/TOC.htm

    It will be useful.

  • Extract a part of SelectedItem.data of ComboBox

    Hello!

    I only use AS2.

    A ComboBox is filled with elements all built on the same pattern:

    Each element contains:

    1 - name of the location (which can contain hyphens, spaces and apostrophes)

    2 - details (always indicated in parentheses)

    The user selects an item that will be sent to research purposes via PHP to query a MySQL database.

    The variable to send should only be the name of the place , because the location of my MySQL Table column contains the names of place without details.

    How can I extract only the name of the place?

    Thank you very much in advance for your help!

    Best regards.

    You can use...

    dataToSend = String (yourCBName.selectedItem.data) .split ("(") [0]; ")

    where 'yourCBName' is replaced by any name you assign to the combobox

    This line will split the data line in two parts where begins the parentheses and point to the first part of it.

    We know not if you use the appearance selectedItem.label of the combobox, that could help.  What you might consider doing is to have just the data part of the combobox control have the data you want to send, and use of the part of the label to display the entire bit of text you show... or the reverse of the where the label is just the part of name and that is what you send.

  • multitrack recording with the living presonus studio

    I have a mixer 16.4.2ai people and prefer to use logic pro as my DAW.  With the presonus capture, I can automatically record/capture all channels of entry without having to assign each channel whenever I record.  Is it possible to do it with logic? Currently, I go into each track and assigning the input channel every time.

    That

    Not sure I understand what you mean every time "save you". You only need the configuration entries once. They will remain in tact for each record. If you want you can save it as a template so it will be all together upwards for each new project. You can also record each input channel or stereo mix output via FireWire - Setup is required in presonus app to do this.  You can also configure all channels with a single click entry by highlighting all of them in the mixer and hold down the option key when you select the entry in the Mona channel - this will fill strips sequentiall channels.

  • Core Audio Crash, no output MOTU 10.2.1

    Since the upgrade to 10.2.1 I got in trouble with the logic to drop and then re - initialize CoreAudio. He would go from 48 to 42 KHz, sometimes when opening. It would work for a day or two, and then the problem reappears. Constant decline CoreAudio, no assigned MIDI channel. Various combinations of logic to quit and restart the logic or the MOTU 828 mkii FW would get things back.

    Sometimes when you restart logic, the default clock speed would increase from 48K to 44.1 K.

    Last night she is re - slept constantly CoreAudio.

    I decided to upgrade to El Capitan, and also has the new universal driver for MOTU (released February 11).

    Things start up. Audio project plays at the mac internal speakers. What MOTU interface is enabled. No sound. Led output on the interface LED some output for a period of time, but it is not audible. It's a high sound out of sound reach human ground. Then stops and then the project is not yet (and all counters are on all push them the audio tracks) no output sound or detected on the audio interface. There is a happening by clicking on, a little weak. It is the audio output only.

    MOTU AudiiDesk DAW download I installed and has recorded and played back a few audio tracks through the MOTU without problem.

    I think that this is a problem in 10.2.1. How can I report a bug to the development team?

    Anyone else having issues 10.2.1 or El Capitan and Yosemite, old Interfaces Audio?

    First, turn off the computer!

    Unplug the 828mkII firewire cable

  • WSN-9791 frequency selection and interference

    WSN-9791 indicates that it can operate on the 2.4 GHz band channels 11-24 (I'm guessing that USA is limited to 11).  How to avoid multiple interference OR WSN, in the same neighborhood?  Is there a way to set or determine the channels that the network is working in?  For example, with the 802.11 standard common internet hubs can fix them to use one of these 11 channels.

    Thank you

    Garrett

    Hey Garret.

    You are right that channels 25 and 26 are outside the range of 802.11, but they cannot be used for the same reason that you can't go to channel 11 for 802.11 here in the United States.

    Also, for the gateways in the same neighborhood, you must assign different channels.  Gateways running on the same channel in the same vicinity will cause problems for both networks.

    The questions keep coming!

    Kevin

  • Orientation of the antenna

    Hello

    I have to put 7 wsn nodes in the same case. It may seems odd, but its in the middle of a bridge so the wireless is still useful, and at the time where there is a right way to use a multiplexer with wsn node, this is the only way to have more than 4 channels. So, to save space in my closet, I thought it might be a good idea to place 4 knots with the antenna upward and 3 knots with their antenna pointing down.

    Nodes with their antenna pointing down will be adapted?

    Thank you.

    Matt

    Hi Matt,

    The position of the antenna won't have too much impact on the responsiveness, instead, the distance between the gateway and WSN nodes will decide power factor of the signal. If you start to have problems of interference, you can assign different channels for each node in the Explorer of Measurement & Automation.
