I have confirmed the #s series I are valid (Adobe Acrobat and Lightroom 6). A # I lowered my Adobe account when I bought the update 2 days ago (Adobe Acrobat DC) from Adobe. I confirmed to the store that I bought Lightroom 6 is a company of Adobe certified/authorized. I have loaded and reloaded the Acrobat software and the same message. I used a different browser to download the software and got the same message. Lightroom is a disc - I get the same message. I'm Mac OS 10.11.4. I chatted in 2 separate calls with the support of the conversation and they only provided NO help at all. I have Acrobat X Pro on my system - I'm stuck with that? Please help - it's frustrating and depressing - I'm going around and around for more than 10 hours.
