• T400s camera stopped working after about 2 weeks

  Got a new T400s, well worked out of the box.

  After about 2 weeks, do not use the camera (of course, I checked, it works when I install everything first) the camera no longer works.

  He appears in the Manager of devices, but Skype and other software just to see a black image. The LED on the side, which according to me, shines green when the unit is supposed to be consulted running is no longer.

  Installation of the driver and going back in time (recovery point) makes no difference.

  I really want to reformat the drive, there are a ton of my files on it...

  I contacted local support and they wanted me to come and check the camera themselves.

  In preparation, I removed the extra 1 GB of memory (3 GB total) I had installed and tried again just before departing for their labs.

  Guess what, that fixed it for me!

  It seems that this model has serious problems with asymmetric memory facilities. I installed a 2 GB module and some of the other problems plaguing this unit had disappeared too (VT - D causing disruption of the screen and also occasional freezes).

  Really at my wits end with this system.

  S3707c HP's friend who just wouldn't turn on one day.  No fans, lights, beeps sound etc, nothing, completely dead.

  I have unplugged all periphels, removed ram, disconnected all usb and other connectors of the motherboard.

  Nothing. Replace the motherboard CMOS battery, nothing.

  First thought was that it was the power supply, so I replaced that.  Nothing.

  Test new power by jumpering and it powered up the DVD-rom so I thought it was good.

  Well, maybe the motherboard has a bad chip, which is short-circuited.

  Replaced the motherboard, nothing.

  Now, I am at a loss.  Fortunately, my office has a compatible CPU, so I swap them, thinking that the CPU has gone wrong. The CPU of the computer dead works in my system, so this isn't the culprit.  Put my good processor in the new motherboard but still nothing.

  So the last thought I had was that it's the real switch on / off, but I wanted to post here until I have find a replacement for it.

  It moves and clicks on normally.  And when I turn on the system, the orange LED next to the switch flashes for a second and then more nothing.  I tried to jumpering the connectors when switch on / off connects to the motherboard, but that did nothing.

  Any help or ideas would be appreciated.  Thank you guys.

  TL; DR - computer dead, replaced PS and motherboard, but it won't always turn.

  The only thing left was the CPU or memory.

  IM about to upgrade to windows 10 but understand there were issues, install the latest Lightroom, could you tell me if these have been fixed, and if not is there any corrective in the line?

  My experience with the upgrade to Windows 10 has been a good thing. I did an upgrade installation, not a clean install. After the level is complete Lightroom, Photoshop and all my other apps worked normally. No problem whatsoever. Since I installed an SSD, in replacement of my old C drive that contains all my programs. I always find everything works as expected with no problems.

  Photoshop CC has recently started to beep every time I have to pretty much do anything. Here is a video of the ringer in action.

  The beep goes when I do the following things:

  Increase the size of the canvas

  Opens a new document

  Transfer an image from one document to another

  Duplicated layers

  Undo an action

  That's just what I'm pulling off the top of my head.

  I work in an office for a fairly large company, and I'm the computer technician, whenever one of my colleagues has a problem. However, I was unable to find a solution for this, so any help would be greatly appreciated. My colleague uses a HP ProBook 6560 b, running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, and it has a Broadcom 802.11n network adapter. The problem is that every 35-40 seconds, the computer disconnects from our wireless network (we use a NetGearWNDR3400 wireless router), to reconnect almost immediately. Although this seems to be a minor problem, it effects often its ability to send e-mails, which is one of the most crucial functions of her daily tasks. I also note that we have four ProBook 6550 b laptop computer connected to the router, and we did not have problems with their connectivity. Any help would be greatly apprecated.

  Please try these steps below might help you solve the problem.

  (1) go to the Device Manager and uninstall the driver for the wireless and restart the device and check if it works.

  (2) update the Bios and the wireless from the HP website.

  (3) reinstall the card wireless on the laptop and have it checked.

• I have 2 of just about everything: CC PS, 2014, CC PS, PS CS6, Lr 4, Lr 5, CC, CC 2014 AI, Ai CS 6, CC Id, Id CS6, Id 2014... etc.

  I think that's the reason why I get an error with a facility to the left for a 2014 CC.  I have already.  Please help me enjoy what I need & lose the rest that are probably the only useless on my laptop.

Using the best, most traditional fonts (and as a designer, I have thousands), when there is a '1' in a number (see below) and especially when it appears in large characters (like a header), or even on a card - I find myself CONSTANTLY correct kerning before and after that '1 '...  I wonder, how is?... And there at - it a script that allows to fix this in the world?

  If you want to apply only a single value, you can use \d(?=1)|1(?=\d) to find every 1 sec and add value to pitch to another, but this will still leave too much space I think between a pair of 1s to make you happy.

• I just updated my Bridge and Photoshop and camera raw is now my images appear dull?

  As it is said above. My NEF (RAW) Preview on the left look great but a little as I open them in camera raw (right) to edit it alleviates instantly. It was fine before, before I did the update. Any ideas?

  

  Since you didn't say what specific versions and what specific model of Nikon camera, it's just a guess: you have a D810 and updated to 2015 CC with cab 9.1 and your camera profile that said Adobe Standard now says flat camera.

  The problem is that somehow versions.1 are ignores Adobe Standard profile and go to the next in the list that is flat camera.

  The temporary solution until Adobe gives us a version.2 that works, once again, is to download and install the Adobe D810 Standard profile in the common area of the users profile.  Here is an Adobe help page on this topic:
