• How to get rid of the black bars on the top, bottom and sides?

  I export an Adobe Premiere Pro (CS3) project that is in HD (widescreen) format. The original video is HD, the size option I have chosen for the project is HD, all that shows when I look into the window of the program. I admit I'm a bit of a first novice user, I don't need a little help to export as there are a ton of options. That's what's happening: when I export to AVI or Quicktime my project comes out with black bars all around. Not like the black bars on the top and down like when you have a large screen video exported to a size 4:3 standard, but almost like a 16:9 video, narrowed down a bit with a black box of 16:9 set around it. What the hell I am doing wrong. I'm sure this has something to do with an option on the export, but I tried messing around with the options to export about 20 different ways. I'm desperate! Please help!

  To help you understand a little more about your problem

  The reason why you have black bars on the top and the bottom of your exported image is that you placed a "small picture within a large framework.

  First makes up the difference with black borders.

  While I was running a game after upgrading vista to windows 7, all the games now have black bars on the sides of the screen that looks to when you watch movies in format wide vs full screen.  What is a display problem? DirectX problem? How should I do? It gets annoying when I want to play in full screen but technically can't because of these bars.

  so I think it is a problem of resolution because I could put in effect of mass of my laptop and now its full screen... I hope I tell me something on warcraft since it can go to lik 1024 x 720 lol... and I won't change my max resolution on my desk... I still think its strange that the game was full screen when I was playing it on vista with the same settings.  I guess that ill just wait for a patch or something and just in front of her.

  Hey, I've been doing video games youtube for about 2 years now and recently noticed something.

  How I used to get rid of the black bars using all my settings and then using the "Stretch to fill" function to the exporter, I quickly found that it sacrifices quality I would like to make the edges soft and causing a look less in my game videos. I would like to know a fix as soon as possible so that I can continue to make the content of the strong research!

  The original video was recorded with an aspect ratio of 16:9, but is still the quality of the 1080 p 60 (HD 60 fps). I would really like a specific fix for this soon and maybe some tips for rendering in the PPCC region.

  The other option would be to just scale manually first.  Looks like it would be on a 3-5% of premium.  You lose a little bit on the left and right edges, but it shouldn't cause much loss of quality at all.

  I like to keep the use of the command center (circles Widget) although I noticed it drains the battery, but the thing that bothers me the most is sometimes in the morning, it still shows the moon when it is full light of day and night when it shows the Sun, even if it is completely black on the outside. Makes me stop using it. It makes up thereafter, but I wish it was more accurate. In addition, the temperature is generally different when I click on the weather and display the page rather than what it says on the widget.

  I followed the instructions of Bob and actually got my Designjet wake up!  I have his parallel cable connected to a USB adapter and programmed to the USB001 virtual port in my computer of latest windows 7-64 bit.  I use the driver for the HP Designjet 600 (E/a0), which has always worked well on my old xp 32-bit windows computer pro.  Plotter responds to the command "print test page" but shows solid black bars instead of text.  Suggestions anyone?

  (I paid $5500 for this beautiful machine and it works like new.  I refuse to throw in the landfill.  My deskjet 882c original still works perfectly, despite all the improvements of windows over the past 30 years.  If they are unwilling to keep their drivers, HP must indicate their tracers have limited life no matter how much they cost.)

  I'm no computer expert, but I solved my problem getting my Designjet c1633b to print designs new autocad via my 64-bit computer.  All I had to do what trace my drawings to pdf files.  I was then able to print the PDF on my HP Designjet 24 years, as if it were brand new.  I had a little problem at the beginning: my designs were narrowed and margins have been oversized so the scale of the printed image was off.  I solved that by defining the pdf print command to "full size".

  Sorry HP, but as long as this beautiful machine continues to run, I'll continue to use it.

• Laptop Alienware M15x Command Center problem

  Hello. So I have an Alienware notebook M15x, and recently I had formatted and upgraded to Windows 10. However, for reason of sound, Command Center can't work. Nothing lights up, which means that the keyboard, audio ports or anything like that, but what it seems the touchpad above the keyboard works. I looked in Google but have found no solution. I saw something on the .NET Framework, but still no solution. I have attached a picture of my .NET Frameworks, if anyone can guide me step by step on how to solve exactly this problem it would be greatly appreciated.

  I contacted dell... which gave me the run around to talk to support technique alienware. I contacted them. They basically told me to * it in nicer terms. I'm over material, it is not taken in charge and buy new equipment through a 3rd party. Basically... a bit of code to patch the write command is too a gene and I should lose money on a new computer. Funny... it works fine and works all of my games.

• (Redirected) Aurora R4 CPU Fan problem (command center)?

  My R4 for over a year (so the warranty is released). Just before warranty missed, fans began to everything going haywire. I contacted support and they have updated my BIOS and uninstalled/re-installed my remote control center. Which fixed most of the fans. Then I updated to windows 10, and everything was still fine. A month later, I had a system crash (wouldn't start upward) and took the PC to a local technician who found little bad ram was the only problem. Unfortunately, he drove my drivers back to before the bios and the command center have been updated (I don't know why). So, fans again started going crazy. I've updated the BIOS myself and that fixed some of the fans, however, the CPU fan is always crazy. If I run a program more complex than playing a video file, the CPU/system fan goes up to maximum speed (> 5000 RPM). In the control of the temperature, all times are stable around 27 to 28, so I don't know why the fan is too reactive. Also, I don't know why it lists the 0 system fan and the cpu fan at high speed, I've mentioned. Looking inside the machine, I can see that each fan is on, so no fan should be set to 0.

  I've heard talk of uninstall command center and reinstalling it would help, but I was not able to repeat myself that I can't find the dell control center download more. In the page drivers Aurora R4, it isn't appearing any more for download and I don't want to delete it until I have a way to download again. My command center is listed as 3.6.5.0. I have no way of knowing if this is the last version, I can't find any control center files or current information on alienware.com or dell.com anywhere. I doubt replacing the command center will solve the problem, but it is frustrating that I can't even try. Heck, even the link to the support site for "Alienware drivers and applications" leads to a dead link now (a page that won't load). If this expensive platform becomes a brick after all just a year, I don't see myself ever buy (or sell) products dell again.

  My system is an Aurora R4 with Intel (r) Core i7 - 4820 K Pro. Running on windows 10.

  I think that this question has been asked before, but are all the answers to my question. I have a clip of 16:9 (1920 x 1080 422HQ) I want to use my DVD Blu - Ray. There is no HD because of SD here. Everything is HD. This is a clip of movement, that I want to use as the background for the Blu - ray menu animation. The project is set in 1920 x 1080 full HD Blu - ray. Then why I make two thick black bars on the left and right? I'm not him in preview, only in the project view.

  It turns out that I need to create a menu by importing a PSD 1920 x 180 instead of create a new manu in En(command+M). Can I add a background of movement as usual after the PSD imported as an asset of menu. That solved the problem, black bars have disappeared. Thank you guys for all the help!

  Here's my question:

  For some reason, I suddenly have a black bar on the top of each window.
  I don't get this black bar in safe mode.
  I always get this black bar with all the disabled extension (equivalent to safe mode)
  I don't get this black bar when I select in the title bar in 'customize '.

  Seems to be related to the title sort of bar...

  I use the latest version of FF (42) on OSX 10.11.1

  Hello juliendalcol, try Disabling graphics hardware acceleration.

  You will need to restart Firefox before this takes effect so save any work first (e.g. you compose mail, documents online that you are editing, etc.).

  Then perform the following steps:

  1. Click the menu button

     

     then select the Options under Windows or Preferences on Mac or Linux.

  2. Select the Advanced Panel, then on the general tab.
  3. Uncheck the use hardware acceleration when available.
  4. Restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.

  That looks like its part of the background image because in front of him there is a folder icon. Your background image did get corrupted at all? Try to fix it and see if you have the same problem wit ha another image file.
