  I am trying to record a video demonstration of a procedure in Captivate 9 where I capture parts of the interface of Captivate 9 as in the drop-down menus, the properties panel, etc..

  Here are the steps I took:

  Try to open two instances of Captivate.   Then when you use one to create a demo video, you can choose the OTHER instance like the app you are saving.

  What version of Premiere Elements you are using and on what computer operating system is running?

  In the absence of this information, I will generalize.

  1. you click right a copy of the Timeline with the video and audio related and then select delete in the pop-up video.

  2 then you drag your Image on the timeline and align it with your audio file.

  You can leave that audio such positioning, or both 'group' so that they move together (if you want to move them around together).

  Plugins work, but once the download/registration of hard training process produces nothing is downloaded/saved.

  I finished updating FF and reloaded the two plugins, same problem.

  1. Select (highlight) the clip on the Timeline.

  2. press on control L (lowercase L) to unlock the audio from the video.

  3 remove the video if it is not needed and use the audio where you want.

  Open the clip in QuickTime Player Pro and export an AIF (audio only).
