Attention please: recovering deleted file and window gone corrupt

Hello

I had a HP PRO s 4530 in Sept 2011, next day recovery file has been deleted by mistake. Now after 2 months my window stop working suddenly and asking me to retrieve the window.

I bought the laptop on the local market and told me that we cannot recover the window because you don't have the recovery file.

I live in PAKISTAN and obtained the laptop in the international interest. I will be grateful to the HP support if they will let me know the solution so I can recover my window recorded.

Enter the BIOS by tapping/holding immediately F10 key after turning on. Use Diagnostics test your hard drive and memory.

  • How to recover deleted files from Windows fax?

I accidentally deleted a fax too soon and I was wondering how I could get it back.

There is no "deleted items" or the Recycle Bin in Windows fax and scan, so unless you have a backup system, I think you're out of luck.

I invite you to purchase an external hard drive and a good 3rd party backup program. You can configure it to automatically do everything in time and frequency of your choice. 1.5 TB external hard drives is approximately $90 these days and a very good FREE backup program corresponds to the Easeus todo backup free of charge that you can download from

http://www.todo-backup.com/products/home/free-backup-software.htm . Who can make you save a lot of time and frustration, the next time something like this happens. Sooner or later, it happens to all computers for one reason or another.

    Good luck.

I saved my adobe files temporarily muse in my computer when I restart my PC I see not the mt files, please tell me how to recover my files and how to record my entire Web site file using save option.

When you talk about 'temporarily' as record files in the temporary folder and then by restarting the machine will lose files. You can save the file in any location stored as reader or office and then reopen the case should show all of the content without any loss.

If the files are deleted or lost there's no way to recover those, sorry if this is the case.

    Thank you

  • When you delete files (in Windows 7) Explorer hangs on 'calculate' the size of the files to delete. This problem also occurs in Windows Vista (out and included SP1).

    When this problem happens:
    * You try to delete files, from any folder: a folder user protected (such as your desktop), a protected windows folder (such as program files) or an unprotected folder you created yourself (for example, a folder named "test" on your C permit)
    * The problem only occurs when you try to delete files using Windows Explorer. The problem only IS NOT OCCUR when you delete the files from another system using one hand (log on to another computer, open a shared folder, for example by opening \\windows7system\c$\test and try to remove this folder).

    What's happening:
    * Explorer crashes when 'Calculating' the features of folder.

    Question:
    * Why is this happening? It seems to be a problem in Explorer, not in the delete code actually (since the problem does not occur with one hand)

I don't know the underlying cause or how to fix it. However, something like Unlocker would work.

  • Recover deleted files / folders in my laptop

I accidentally deleted a folder (containing the doc and ppt, JPEG files) on my desktop from HP running on Win7.

How can I recover the files and folder?

Thanks in advance for the advice.

    John

    Hi John,.

One possible option is to try the following.

Click the Start Menu, click your username at the top right.  Right-click on the Documents folder (or anywhere where the deleted file was originally stored) and select Properties.  Click on the "Previous Versions" tab and give it time to load (this can take a few minutes).  If you get a list of the previous versions, left-click one of the mentions just to highlight and open - if you see your files listed, close the list and then click on the option 'Restore' in the Properties window.  If no file is listed, try to open another entrance.

    Kind regards

  • Finding deleted files and folders

I have a woman living under my roof, which has decided to delete the value for the year of my photos and my files into oblivion...

Any way to recover files that were not only sent in the trash but empty from there?
I tried to restore my system to a date earlier and all records were back, but they were all empty.

Is it possible to recover these files and folders still intact?

    Thank you

    Shawn

It depends on how your file has been deleted.

If your file was shreded using third party software so it is not possible...

If it was simply window option Removing guy then... you have a restore option... You have not installed or copied all the files etc in the same place has PROVIDED...

The best third party tool, you can use is the recovery of the PC a third-party tool...

If you copied or whatever installed to the location where the files have been deleted... then stop trying you Cann't get back them...

You cannot retrieve files deleted with the help of software. And even using
software, you may or may not be able to recover.

What you have against the use of software? The first thing to try is to
being trash. If she isn't here, read on.

"Deleting" a file does not actually delete it marks just the space
also available to be used. There are third-party programs that can
sometimes recover deleted files. The problem is that the space used by
the file is likely to be replaced very quickly, and it makes
    the unrecoverable file.

So your chances of successfully recover this file are decent if you
Try it again immediately after the deletion of it and go quickly
downhill from there. If you have used the computer since then (for
example to write this question and read this answer), your chances may
    be very poor now.

But if the file is large enough, it's still worth a try. Stop
using the computer in question immediately, if you have not done
already. Download an undelete program (and here's one:)

others to choose from; Do a search) on a friend's computer (do not
it on yours because that would overwrite the files you want
Undelete) and bring it to you on a CD or thumb drive to try.

If that fails, your only recourse is to bring or send the disc
a company of professional file recovery. This kind of service is very
expensive and may or may not work in your case.

  • Cannot delete file in windows Media Player

I can delete video files from Windows Media Player. I think that I deleted them before somehow but standard photos (balloon, balloons) always appear in video library for all deleted files and try right-click and delete is not remove them from the library. There is no error message when you try to remove them and when you try to play them you get Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file. I don't want to play the file I want to just delete it.

You probably need to reset the library to get rid of the files in the library. Note firstly reset the library will make you lose all play counts and ratings too. Then, follow these steps:

    -Restart the PC.
-Click Start, type services.msc in the search field and press ENTER. In Services, locate the Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service . If its status is started , double-click the service, and then click stop .
-Click Start, type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft in the search field and press ENTER. This folder opens in Windows Explorer.
-In this folder, rename the folder Media Player as Old Media Player . If you do not see the folder, then it is probably hidden. Set Explorer to view the hidden files and folders and show protected system files.
-Launch WMP, your library will have been reset and will be rebuilt.

  • Deleted files and folders in Dreamweaver keep reappearing

Help! After that I deleted files and folders in my Dreamweaver sites, they come back! This has happened for the last few weeks and I don't know why!

I've deleted coming from within Dreamweaver, deleted from the Windows Explorer of Microsoft (on a PC - Vista) even the trash and when I click on a site in Dreamweaver, a small box appears real quick and they all show upward.

Boxes say: link info from cache... and the other cargo box pops up and says: looking for new or changed files. You can safely stop this, if you have not modified files outside Dreamweaver... 4800

Could it be and how can I disable this?

I have Dreamweaver CS4 and CS5.5 and happens in both. Thank you!!!

    1. Open the Site Manager to the top, and then select your Web site.
    2. Click the Advanced tab and local information to the title of the category.
    3. Uncheck the box "Enable Cache". Yes leave it off, it is more of a resource than an asset hog.
    4. Go to the bottom of the list of the Remote Info category and uncheck the "Maintain synchronization information" if it is enabled.
    5. Go to the bottom of the list of categories in Version control. Are you using and control solution version which could be the last recorded together rebuild? Solved? Isn't it? Continue.
