  Is it possible to set up a multiparty videoconference to switch the video from visible participant in Active speakers (according to ActivePresence), BUT not switch the display to audio only participants?

  Our users would like to continue to see the last video active participant rather than fill the screen with blank background when an audio participant speaks.

  We use vTPS and conductor, and for the most part, ad hoc conferences. but I'd be interested in hearing other solutions that can adapt...

  I can call between my MX200s and EX90 multiway very well.   But if I try to bridge in a single audio call that connects via the SIP trunk to CUCM then I get a merger failed.  For example:

  I call endpoint IP on the MX200 CUCM

  Put this call on hold

  Call an EX90 and connect

  Fusion of success and it fails.

  I can't seem to get calls to merge

  If I log in the Codian and dial a number to the endpoint IP CUCM, EX90 and MX200 then I am able to make calls in a single multi-point conference.

  Multiway can't get a single audio call in?

  Yes, you can take a participant on CUCM in a multi call.

  I don't think that we have such a limitation that said participating audio cannot join multi call. multiway sip you'll see sip method.

  what I found in this kind of scneario CUCM is tht just the uri multiway CUCM and since cucm is not routing of the field and he is unable to join the multi call.

  I see you run cucm 7.1. can you add a route to sip on CUCM for multiway and then uri domain road back on VCS sip trunk, should make the call to work.

  conversion of files... files in .wmv format .mpg
  before you import into Movie Maker may be your solution.

  The following freeware can convert:

• . Import MP4 files in first 12 as audio only

  I've never had this problem before. Today when I tried to import some. MP4 files to the large external hard drive, where the video was recorded with a GoPro HERO3. Half of the records import in first 12 only audio and video is not displayed. It seems that files that have a. THM files which accompanied them. For some reason only half of the files on the seemed to have one. File THM that accompany them.  I have re-installed first, and that did not help.

  In post 11, I indicated that I have had no problems to work on your GPO30006.mp4 in first 12 Windows elements. I thought it was the example of the file that would incorporate audio nothing for you in the first of 12 elements.  You have now said that this GPO30006.mp4 was one of the files without a problem. So, good news, we agree that it GPO30006.mp4 present in the first 12 items as a file supported video and audio.

  Your GOPR0005.mp4 file that you confirm the problem (only audio import in first 12 items) file has now been considered.

  1. There is no problem it play in Windows Media Player or QuickTime Player. And I'm not picking up on any significant difference in the reading properties, MediaInfo or gspot programs, comparing it to GPO30006.mp4.

  2. but, I certify that your GOPR0005.mp4 audio import only in my first 12 on Windows 7 Professional SP2 64-bit elements.

  In the first 12 items, after you import the file in the active project, I think I have picked up on the heart of the problem. I propose that it is probably creating the timecode in the camera or some unexplained glitch in the reading of the first elements 12 of time code of the file. See the screenshot below and notice the display of the time code below thumbnail of the assets of the project for

  a. GOPR0005.mpg4 (audio only)

  b. GRO30006.mpg4 (works)

  c. Handbrake converted 'a' (work) .mp4

  

  My suggestion is to hold the hand brake GOPR0005.mp4, just go to the video tab and set to

  Video codec: H.264 (x 264)

  Rate: Same as Source

  Then hit the start and monitor the queue completed in the progress bar at the bottom of the workspace of handbrake.

  Hey! I'm new to first Pro CC, and I have a problem that when I import a video clip with audio related, the video appears in the timeline panel, but is not the audio. Audio only transfers more if I use this file to a new sequence, not when dragging in an existing sequence.

  The files are my Canon t4i .mov files. I tried to convert them to .mp4, but the problem persists.

  Here is a screenshot of the problem. The first clip was used to create the sequence and clips after that he have the problem above.

  Also note that first seems to see a visible clips - 009_Slow, Right.mov high - audio only, although it has a thumbnail. Don't know what to do with it.

• NeoSpeech generates audio only 1s 6 Captivate? Error

  I'm new to text-to-speech in Captivate but am dabbling. I installed the NeoSpeech content and selected Paul as the voice that I want to use. I generate audio and then preview and it creates that 1 second worth of audio. If I change the voice to one of the standard no Neospeech voices then Captivate generates the entire audio and it lasts 36 seconds. However, return to a vocal Neospeech done the same thing. I tried Bridget and had the same problem. It seems to create only 1 second of audio and the audio creation process is much faster than if she's just not through the whole text. Any who can do the light on where I'm wrong or if somethings must fix what it might be?

  I think I solved the problem. Well at least I've discovered what the problem was. It seems that NeoSpeech covered when he hit an apostrophe. He stumbled on "I am" but when I took the apostrophe was fine and worked. Strange.

  If you are looking to get audio only from a YouTube video, all you need to do is read your video and while it's going to copy the link. Then on another tab, open listentoyoutube.com. Just follow the easy directions and paste the link.

  Hope that helps. I found out a month ago and I have 4 CD made from these audio files. There is a lot of fun to find obscure stuff and making CD of songs.
