  You do not Realtek Audio... and there is no driver XP for IDT Audio.Some have used the Vista driver successfully.

  Hey all,.

  Long after the user effects here. From 2 days there AE made a few videos with audio, some without. I used the SAME model of output module created by the user for all the renders. (Quicktime, Animation, Audio video on... the settings are no more deep than that.) and Yes, there is audio in the model (and it is enabled).

  I will make the place is off... no audio... do it again... maybe yes, maybe not, but nothing has changed.

  Anyone else running into this issue?

• Windows 10 videos will not play

  Just updated to HP Pavilion dv6 to graphics AMD Radeon HD 6620 G 10 Windows. Display driver first problem 15.200.1062.1002 fails to install during display package AMD Catalyst 15.7.1 update for Windows 10. Manage Windows devices show the installed driver is 15.200.1045.1. When I check for updates drivers Windows tells me that le.1045 it's later.  But the big problem is that none of the Windows 10 getting started videos will not work correctly. Some play only audio, some say that the video could not be decoded.  Adobe site tell me that I have the latest version of flash.  I even started Internet Explorer went to advanced options and tick the option to not use the GPU.

  By installing driver AMD Catalyst 15.6 Beta to win 8.1 has solved all the problems of video.

• Unwanted stopping CP 5.5

  I have several class of PC 5 that I put in CP 5.5 and save it again with a new name in the new version.  When I publish on my desk and read my machine HTM file, randomly pause occurs between random slides.  When I download the package SCORM 1.2 to my LMS, the same thing happens.

  There is no click box.

  There are no buttons.

  All images have been imported (not glued) in Captivate.

  Each slide said Action on enter 'Continue' and Action on the 'No Action' output.  I tried to change the exit on each slide action to "Go to the next slide", which did not solve the problem.

  The course has any screencast demo mode or other (each slide is a background image with audio, some pointed objects, a SWF animation imported into a slide that is not the issue).

  I can't tell if this problem with the upgrade a course or a bug in general with CP 5.5. Help, please.

  In properties, shares, enter, we had previously "execute Javascript' turned on and a display of percentage complete javascript inserted into the 'Script_Window '.  Since then, we have deleted all these scripts and changed the selection to enter default to 'continue '.  My colleague is of the view that Captivate does not flush out javascript, indeed even after it is deleted, changed back to the default value of continue and saved.  The 'continue play the Project' in the Script_Window drop-down menu becomes deselected. Thus, we have resorted to 'Execute Javascript', we reselect the checkbox 'Keep playing the project', AND to flush out the prior javascript we no longer want, we enter a dummy/coatings value of "return true;".

  Now, the suspension disappeared constantly.  It disappears only partially if the 'continue play the Project' is changed.  She disappears completely when the javascript of filling is entered.

  Thanks for the tip on slidelets so.  We have never used those, but we now know to look out for them.

  You may be able to download the drivers from the web site of the manufacturer of the computer.

  Well, I had this problem too, but I came across a topic addressed this. I wish I could find him because he even cited a program to replace the sliding bar with one that worked in full screen. But anyway, the two quick fixes that I saw 1. go to Task Manager and end smartMenu. The volume slider still works for me, but does not appear on the graph on the screen

  2. to avoid having to continue to do this, go to msconfig (run, msconfig) and then go to startup and uncheck hp MediaSmart.

  I don't know if disabling MediaSmart will have consequences, but it works and I have not encountered any problems

• How to fix audio problems with some codecs only?

  Dell Optiplex 7010 bought in January, Windows 7 SP1 with all updates.

  Sometimes during the month, I started to notice that some videos audio was very low and others had very distorted audio. This occurs when streaming video during playback of downloaded files and YouTube etc. A few videos where the sound was fine when I downloaded them are now distorted.

  Other records and videos are fine, normal levels, no change by when I downloaded them.

  The problem is not specific to any video site, player or plug-in. I can confirm by playing the same thing on other devices that the problem is not in the stream or file. So it seems that this must depend on which codec is used. This theory is supported by videos from the same source, generally having the same problem, or no problem.

  I updated the Dell RealTek audio drivers, uninstalled them and used the generic Microsoft drivers, installed the RealTek drivers.

  Audio troubleshooting of Windows detects no problem.

  Disable sound effects has no effect.

  Any suggestions on what else to try?

  I guess I should install a 1394 PC card, plug my PreSonus audio interface and see if that has the same problem.
