Audio & video out of sync

Hello, I'm new to elements of Prime Minister, and I'd appreciate any help you have

I imported a movie from my iPad using Adobe elements Organizer to my MacBook Pro 13 (end 2013) running OS 10.10.3. When I first see items 13.1, the audio and video are out of sync at the end of the film. It's the same thing when I publish the movie and view it on QuickTime. I tried to make the film before publishing, and it made no difference.

However, if I find the original film that was imported using Organizer with the end of the film QuickTime is in phase.

The file that was originally imported to my computer is H.264, AAC. I don't know how to tell the quality of the sound or the quality & settings for video and audio when it was imported to the elements of the Prime Minister.

Anyone know what is the problem and how to fix it?

Thank you

hbit

What happens if you import your video of the iPad in first elements 13/13.1 editor first, not the elements Organizer 13.1 first.

For now, I will assume that the iPad gives you a 1080 p 30 video. Please import 1080 p 30 video in the elements first 13/13.1 using the project preset

When you play the video in the workspace Expert chronology, is the audio not synchronized with the video? There is no colored line or the line orange on this video content when you reading this?

iPad with an image record generally rather constant rate variable. Premiere Elements does not fare well with variable cadence. The symptoms are out of sync audio cannot be importing the video at all. The response was to hold the iPad video free HandBrake to get a version of H.264.mp4 with a constant rate and not variable. Then take you this H.264.mp4 in Premiere Elements with Premiere Elements' add media/files and folders.

Variable image is probably at the heart of your question, but I want to just make sure that your choice to transfer the video to the program and the project preset do not force the issue.

Please review and consider. For any question or need more information, feel free to ask.

Thank you.

Add on... When you import files in Premiere Elements, a copy of the file gets automatically places in the elements Organizer. Advantage to place the file in the organizer elements and import from there in the first element Editor. To discuss if indicated.

  • Audio video out of sync once imported into Encore CS6

    Hi all

I am having some problems with Encore CS6 on my iMac with OS X 10.9.5.

I'm burning a few videos I captured off the coast of the VHS using Elgato Video Capture. He outouts as .mp4 files

The videos play fine on the outside, but as soon as I import them into even the audio becomes out of sync. I burned a lot of VHS to DVD and for some reason that the problem appears to be new.  It out of sync in the timeline, listen to excerpts and once burned.

I even tried using Adobe media encoder to convert the .mp4 to MPEG-2 outside again and the audio is always out of sync. I even tried to cut a bit of the audio to the front because it seems to be just a little bit slower, and it worked for the first 5 minutes, then he again not synchronized.

Does anyone have an idea as to whats going on? Or has experienced this problem?

    Thank you

    Angela

And you can see here that my proposal was wrong. This is a variable rate. You need convert this file in constant cadence. I suspect that John may have a link to a converter. There are many more threads about that in the Premiere Pro forum.

  • Audio/video Out Of Sync after export

Hello, I hope I gave enough information below. I searched high and low for an answer to this and can not find a solution that has helped.

I have an audio problem be out of sync a few images when exporting.

First Pro Version CC using 2015.3 works on a Windows 7 PC with 16 GB of RAM.

Source footage is Panasonic Lumix g-7 MPEG Movie wrapped in .mp4.

Rate of the source footage is 59.94

    No external codecs are used.

Here is a screen of the properties panel to one of the source images files in Windows.

Here is a screen of the sequence settings

    3.JPG

Here are the screens of my export for video and Audio settings

Here is a screenshot of the properties of one of the image source files window and the properties of the sequence.

More large window - properties of the source images

Small window - properties of the sequence

However, the problem does not occur when I check the "Match sequence settings" at the top. I want to make so files won't be as big as when I pay with these settings. Just looking for YouTube, but even this preset produces the problem, I'm going to.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

The problem seems to be that I was unaware of a 2 ms latency when recording with a wireless LAV microphone system. I moved the audio advance 2ms and the delay has disappeared.

  • PP CS4: .avi audio/video out of sync

Hi, I just got first Pro CS4 because I felt too limited of Vegas Movie Studio.

I started a new project and import the video files that I wanted to use, but I'm having a strange problem. When I import .avi files and rub through them, the audio will not jump forward, it will continue to play in order since the beginning of the video. Also when I import files .avi, one! appears in the lower right. When I click on it, it is said: files importer has detected an inconsistency in the structure of play .avi [file] files and writes these metadata (XMP) files has been disabled.

This does not happen when I use the .mp4 files.

I think that if I converted my files in .mp4 .avi, the problem will be solved (I'm testing this theory now), but I have literally over 100 .avi files, and it takes a long time to convert a single file, not to mention 100 +.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Do I need a codec? I have installed DivX codec. Should I uninstall / get a new one?

Thank you very much for the help! I'm looking forward to using the first once this issue is resolved.

XviD is the version opensource of DivX. They are very, very similar.

I would like to convert it all documents of DivX and Xvid for something that PrPro can manage perfectly. If the SD on PC hardware, and DV - AVI Type II w / 48 KHz 16-bit PCM/WAV would be perfect.

While some have actually received DivX or Xvid files to import into PrPro, few have been without significant problems, such as no video, bad video, no Audio or sound horribly out of sync.

These two CODECS are formats of delivery only and are not really intended to be edited later - read only.

    Good luck

    Hunt

PS - I use a previous shareware, DigitalMedia Converter 2.7 program (Deskshare), and it works well with the DivX and Xvid, DV - AVI's. However, Deskshare has substantially updated since version 2.7, so I don't know how well the new versions work.

  • Audio/video out of sync on netflix - when the laptop is running on battery power

    Hello

When you watch netflix on my asus laptop with windows 8, the image and the sound is out of sync. It takes a few minutes before its noticeable, and it is progressively worse if I continue to watch.

I noticed that this never happens if the pc is connected to a charger. If I connect the charger after starting to watch netflix without, the video will go faster until it compensates the difference accumulated upward between the sound and the image.

It started to happen a few times a few months ago, now its everytime I watch netflix. I him have not lived with other video services or streaming - youtube works perfectly fine, as well as a site of Danish online streaming that I use sometimes.

Is there anyone who has any idea what is the cause? I find it very strange, even if its only slightly annoying. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I apologize in advance for any grammar errors - English is not my first language.

    Best regards

    Alice

It's worth a try.  I suspect that it could be due to energy saving features.  There are options within the configuration to be able to change the way the browser handles 'javascript timer frequency' during the execution of a battery, what could be the cause.  But quite honestly, I recommend trying the application instead of using the Web site.  If it works, it means that you get maintain power efficiency, more enforcement provides a more enhanced Netflix as the site experience, quite a bit more quickly too.

  • training audio video out of sync with screen

Anyone else notice that some InDesign training videos have the story badly out of synchronization with the cursor is doing on the screen? It is more difficult to follow the instructions.

I don't bother with the tutorials provided by Adobe. I suggest you look at the tutorials (cheap, but not free) much better at Lynda.com.

  • audio and video out of sync in first pro cc 2015, player QT video on a mac mini

So, I use Adobe Premiere pro cc 2015 to change a screen capture video recorded with quicktime player. I'm on a mac mini with OS X el capitan, and it was my first time using first (so I probably just doing something wrong because I do not know the program, but anyway, I imported the video into the first, (it's a .mov file format) and the video and audio are out of sync) so I thought ok, I can simply detach the audio, move it above, the re - attach it, right? so I found a part of the video that has been easy to match the audio and video, and I lined up. Everything was perfect until I went to other parts of the video and realized that they were always out of sync. Apparently, the video is at a different speed or format or something as the audio, and even if I have lined up on the one hand, the other parts are always out of step. I looked at how to fix, I messed with the project settings, then tried to change a .mov to a mp4 (because a mp4 file that I already have on the computer was functioning very well in first) and finally, as a last effort, I downloaded version 2014 so and NEITHER VERSION WORK they both the same number.

If someone can please help me I WILL BE so HAPPY and thanks a lot in advance

I am really sad because I'm upgrading to use iMovie (ugh) and I was so excited for the first time and now it is messed up, and I'm really disappointed.

If it makes a difference, the microphone that I use is a blue snowball ice I bought a week ago (WEEK AGO) haha

None of the parameters of creation, or QT player or something that might help is very much appreciated.

    Thank you, Owen

Thank you very much!! I finally found out with the help of the family, but I thank very you much for help!

  • PSE video and audio go out of sync on finished product

A very strange problem has developed.  I have a PRE project that plays perfectly into the program itself, but when I exit the project start audio and video in sync but go not synced to the first place where the audio and video clips are spliced.  To be precise, I have a file mp4 audio (.m4a) synchronized with a .mov file.  At the first break, where I spliced m4a, m4a and .mov to .mov, the project is in phase when I play in the video window of PRE.  But when I have the project output, video and audio go out of sync at the first break.  Other facts:

    • PC, 8 GB of RAM, W7, all installed updates.
    • By using the same file .prel about a month ago, it worked well.  (I tried to do a DVD extra of this project, when the problem came.) The only thing related to the video that changed on my machine was a new version of Studio of GoPro.  Just in case, I uninstalled from my computer and the problem of PRE is still there.  Could GoPro have left something it's messing things up?
    • In this case independent of the output - DVD, mp4 format, etc.
    • If I insert an empty picture at the junction stay video/audio synchronized until the next splice point, when he goes back out of sync.
    • It happened first in PRE9, but I also PRE13 (who reads the PRE9 files) and the problem happening there too, in the same way.

I am completely puzzled, especially because this same project file perfectly synchronized DVD in the past produced.  Any suggestions will be appreciated.

    R.H.L.

Thanks for the clarification of your question.

Complexion all the case is if this problem is limited to a single specific project file.

Here's what I read since you wrote...

You say that your audio synchronized to export this file in a project is present for Premiere Elements 9.0/9.0.1 and elements 13/13.1 first.

These programs do not seem to share/use the same built in programming of the export. And, further, you say that there is this audio desynchronization if burn disk or export the file to one of these versions at this time. Is this correct?

Even if the problem is not manifest prior to export, which has been described above point to the project file. Have you changed anything in the project settings or export settings in this file of project for good time / wrong time - courses of transitions, component files software plug-in, flow? And you say that look very detailed to the timeline, the content of this one project has revealed no change before and now after? You write

Would such a program have changed or are damaged?

From what I just wrote, could the project file has been corrupted, but...

If you want to look at this as a corruption of program, then you will need to take uninstall, cleaning, reinstall to 9.0/9.0.1 and 13 to dismiss this idea and replace any missing files of exporting program. But, once again, we are dealing with a single project or all your projects with this problem.

    Please consider.

    Thank you.

  • Adobe first Pro CC 2015 Audio and video out-of-sync after the upgrade of the 2014 cc

    Hello everyone

Once the upgrade to first Pro CC 2015 I get all of my video projects that are locked with a yellow box (Adobe Player) that says "Audio and video out-of-sync clock to xx:xx:xx.xxx ', and all my footage has the same problem

No reason? HE WORKED IN CC 2014 PEARLS!

    any help is very appreciated.

OK, since I'm short on time and my boss's eye laser pierces my skull, I had to ROLL BACK TO CC 2014.2 G * T!

Fortunately, there is a way MORE HERE: how access, restore or update any Version of Adobe CC apps | ProDesignTools

don't forget to install the updates after: all updates of Adobe CC 2014: Direct Download links for Windows | ProDesignTools

Lesson of the day: If you have a big project on creation, and you are tempted to update CC 2015 for THE MOTHER OF GOD NOT WHERE, AND GET THAT HAND OF THE MOUSE NOW! It will mess up your project and throw the errors that you never had in CC 2014.2

    Good luck!

  • Imported audio file related and video out of sync

I have video and audio in Mixcraft, export it to an .avi file, and then import it into APE8.  For some reason any video and audio is out of sync way every time.  Any suggestions?  Thank you for always!

For sustainable development projects, MS AVI with CODEC DV/DVC is the right to choose. There are very, very little to gain with the AVI uncompressed, except much larger files.

    Good luck

  • Razor tool Causes audio go Out of Sync

    Hello

New Premiere Pro and video editing in general. I have an hour long video (.mp4) that I recorded with my Sony Xperia phone. I have been using the razor tool to cut and remove things I want, but it seems that it causes the audio go out of sync. I rechecked and the audio is certainly synchronized before starting to edit the video.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you

It would be good to check if it is the CFR or video VFR, as more phones record video as variable rate, but may record audio as a constant. MediaInfo is good at that...

    Media Info: https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo

If you "drop" your file on that and look in the tree on the video stream, it will tell you if it is a constant or variable framerate. If variable, use:

    Handbrake download page: https://handbrake.fr/downloads.php

To change the file to rate constant so PrPro can run better.

  • Help!  Audio goes out of sync after export.

OK, people. I need your help. I have a looming deadline of THIS FRIDAY to put this.

I have a multicam editing over a show that runs 1 hour 20 minutes. It renders perfectly in the timeline panel, all the video and audio perfectly synced. Looks and sounds exactly like what I need.

When I export the video in form file H.264, audio not get synchronized with the video of 13 frames! But that's not all... It doesn't go to the complete audio track. There are about 50 minutes in the middle of the video where the audio goes out of sync. The audio at the beginning and end of the video is aligned perfectly in sync. It is just the central part which is twisted.

    What should I do?

This has never happened before, and I have worked extensively with multicam in first Pro CC before that. Never been a problem. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the first and also remove all media cache files, but still no dice.  I also tried to copy the clips in a new sequence in the same project, copying the clips into a new sequence in a NEW project, the nesting of the sequence... nothing works.

    My configuration:

    MacBook Pro retina (Rev A)

    First Pro CC (latest version)

    Panasonic GH3 images in 1080 p 24 p AVCHD timeline

3 cameras & 1 audio file to WAV in Multicam

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

OK, I figured out how to fix it:

    1. In first Pro CC, choose SEQUENCE > DELETE RENDER FILES.
    2. Try to export the movie again.

It worked! I exported the same sequence, and it took a lot of time to do a new rendering of the audio files, but when it was finished export audio and video are in sync. I don't know what caused it, but this fix, so I hope anyone else having this problem can save a lot of time in reading this.

    See you soon!

  • Audio and video out of Sync

I capture images from video game using ShadowPlay recording at 60 fps mp4 files. When I import into first and play in the sequence, the audio and video are out of sync. When I play in VLC or Windows Media Player, the timing is perfect.

Why first plays the audio and video synchronized?

The corrections that I found online that does not solve the problem are:

-Make the video in the work area bar (it actually makes it worse for some reason any)

-Edit video in .mov file extension

-I know how to use Handbrake to make the files before import has also been suggested, but I don't want to have this extra step added to my workflow, it should not be necessary.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Tempest tim wrote:

Also, is there no other way to get around the problem of variable frame rate?

Not if you use the GPU hardware to capture your h.264 videos, there isn't.  First can not correctly handle variable frame rate images.  And the images only you're going to get your encoder is VFR.

    You have 3 basic choices:

    (1) stop using ShadowPlay and use something else which will tax your system more to capture video in a constant frame rate format.  There are other applications that capture images CFR, generally in AVI format, and the resulting files are massive.  You will have a drop in performance in the game when you use these applications.

    (2) transcode w/parking brake to the CFR

    (3) use a different NLE.  Sony Vegas, from what I hear, will support VFR without problems.  Most other NLEs will not, including Premiere Pro.
