  Hello suwaneesid, you may have selected to open (instead of save) the file that will download into the folder temporary windows & open with a program associated with it, but where it gets removed again when it has been used.

  You had the automatic downloads for applications, in the Store tab in iTunes > Preferences, 'on' when you bought the applications on your phone?

  You should be able to re-download them via the purchase link under quick links on the right side of the home page of the iTunes store.
