  If there are several audio channels on your media clip, you won't have to hear all the individual channels in Premiere Elements. Premiere Elements cannot separate the audio for the comment, commercials, football game, etc.

  Hearing should do automatically if you go to the menu multitrack and Mixdown Session in the file/any new Session. However, if you go to the file menu and try to export from there you should get more options on how record you audio.

  It is correct. I just had a very attentive to your multitrack available look, and I think I can see why you have a problem with that. I think what it is is a solution, but you have to do the last part of it to change the view.

  What you need to do is first to open the list of markers and change all your points of reference in ranges of marker (highlight in the list, and there is an icon at the bottom to allow you to do). Now, mixing integer, including markers and metadata, export and have it opens in edit mode. Now, if you open the list of markers in the edit mode, you will find that there is an additional icon at the bottom of the it - one that lets you batch files. It will take the name of marker for the file names and will save ranges mark as individual files, with other options as well. If you mix the entire file at once and split it later. To do this, you must highlight firstly all reference lines in the list.

• Multi-track, audio in the window muffles when it reaches a volume envelope.

  Don't know if this will help...  Try changing the settings of multi-track preview/playback (press F4).  If the read buffer is too large or too small, you might get dropouts...

  Also, try to defragment the hard drive with virtual memory disabled.  With VM off it may run slowly, but it must defragment the swap file, thus making your optimized super drive. You may have to start in safe mode so that it works well...  Of course, you can activate the virtual machine on when you're done...

  Clean dust from the computer and make sure it is not over heating...?

  I run a recording studio.  We do not use logical, but do a lot of our customers.

  Without fail, when we get exported data from logic, each file is tiny, like a maximum 5% gain.  This reduces the resolution of the sounds seriously and we're stuck usually do a mixture of ingredients unnecessarily damaged, degraded.

  I don't understand why logic there even as a feature.  Maybe some amateur user once in a while might want to preserve the levels of tracks so that it can export and import in a session with all faders at unity gain, but it's a bad idea, if you care about the audio quality.  No professional users will intentionally degrade of files in this way.

  So I think that this "feature" should be scrapped, or at least out of the box, the default preference to export of each file to its initial, no fade-dependent volume.

  You would do your users a big favor, even if they don't understand why.  And believe me, when I explain this their eyes above glaze.

  Oh, and without fail, files are stereo, which is also redundant and annoying for people to mix on a console, uses double the space and the transformation of resources, etc.  Please, I don't need blow stereo battery, etc.  This must be done brain dead easy for your users.

  I have a large mp3 to records that contain a lot of songs (tracks).  Some songs are get together, others are not, in the same file.  The songs are NOT indexed in the file.
  I use WMP11 for playback, as well as other mp3 players (portable, car, etc.)
  In order to be able to jump or select a piece, I need to export the mp3 file large, an mp3 file for each individual piece, using Audacity.

  Is there an alternative, where I can create a cue sheet that identifies songs, allowing to WMP and my mp3 player view and search the individual pieces in one big file?  Made of sheets of benchmark for support WMP11?

• Several separate files (m4a, aac + mp4) produced on Media Export

  This last week, I tried to export a video (1hr09min) for Vimeo, using the H.264 and pre-set Vimeo and have encountered some problems. The first time I tried, 3 separate files have been exported - a m4a, aac and an mp4 (at about 22kb). Whenever the export has been completed, the timeline, saying that it was 100% full also took forever to get out. On my 5th export, the 3 files (with the mp4 being 0kb) and after you click Cancel in the chronology of the export (who was sitting at 100% full), a mp4 appeared (the right size - 3.7 MB). I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, or if there is a bug, but I thought I would create a discussion to see if there is a problem with the software or an error on my part of the user.

  That's exactly what should happen when you create a H.264 file.

  When encoding in H.264, the flow of the image (the .m4a file) and audio (.aac file) are created separately and then multiplexed in a final movie (.mp4 file).  You should see the .m4a and .aac file while encoding is the treatment.

  You can not burn a DVD directly from first, we must take the two files in a program such as Adobe CS6 Encore for DVD authoring, here, you add menus and create Bob files for burning disc. If you do a search of forum for reminder, you will find at least a link to tell you how to download.

  I have about 100 + video files I want to cut into shorter clips, change a little and then export in a Final Cut friendly format (currently these are AVCHD mts files) to send it to my friend, who is putting the entire movie together.
  I don't want to use Final Cut for that (I can't, I have a windows machine) and I expect to work with the premier CC and media encoder CC.
  There is a way to put all the clips in a single sequence and nesting then each of them, then you can send them to the CC encoder and it will make them as separate files - it's simply not very productive, interweaving clips one by one and it takes forever to encode import sequences.

  I was wondering if there is a workflow better? I heard that Final Cut has shortcuts to do this very easily, you just click on all these clips in sequence and "batch export", which puts them in a certain place as separate, already cut files. ?

  Hi Nik,

  Place the clips in a sequence and trim if you wish. Select the clips in the timeline panel, and then drag them into a bin. In the bin, select all the clips and choose file > export > Media. Choose your export settings, then you can transcode the all in one go. If you have the FCP installed, you can use the ProRes codecs. You might consider ProRes 422 for this.

  I made the video and normally I would use either first or After Effects (since default choice what I normally work in) to add a soundtrack after a video final render

  What I do is a long video which repeats itself, but uses different audio tracks every time. But it occurred to me that there must be a way to make it with multi-track then, that you get when you watch a movie, to choose the audio track.

  I can't find anything on it and I don't know why.

• How to close a gap with the silence, the beginning of a track, Multi track mode?

  I have 2 tracks in multi-track mode... one is music and the other is singing. The music begins at the beginning and lasts 3 minutes. The song does not start until 10 seconds in music. I need to insert the silence at the beginning of the voice, because I send both a producer and I want the line slopes upward from the beginning. Otherwise, they will need to align my singing.

  I would just align the vocal track slide the amount appropriate and right mouse and bounce this track down to another track and then click send this one she would have that 'silence' incorporated in the beginning.

  It's a little abstract, but one thing that I did to reach to get the metadata of the files is to make a system.systemCall () and run a command-line script that rips the information in a separate file. Use ExifTool by Phil Harvey , who is a formidable tool of command line for the manipulation of metadata.

  I have a document Illustrator of several pages (more than 50 work plans) which contains a lot of images that are all stored in the document (without link in separate files) and all images must be exported as separate image files (similar to when you compress a file in Indesign). The problem is the files are not related, they are all saved in the document.

  You want to avoid having to copy + paste each image into a new document in Photoshop, then save them individually because it will take forever.

  Save the PDF document and open it in Photoshop. Select only the Images in the dialog box open and continue from there.
