AutoCAD LT 2007 and Microsoft Optical Mouse 3000 and pan

I can't get the Pan function to work in this mouse in Autocad LT.

In other mouse Pan is automatically set to the wheel button.

I installed the software from the CD in accordance with the instructions, but there is no option for the Pan at all?

If you normally press the wheel button, the screen scrolls to the right.

If you press veeery strongly you can get the Pan (Pan = to get the hand so that you can move the drawing on the screen), but it is too heavy to work with.

In the settings of the mouse in the Control Panel, the default value for the wheel button is click Middle (by default).

I have Windows XP with service pack 3.

    Hi faignard,

Thanks for the reply. It is regrettable that uninstall the existing mouse device manager drivers did not help to solve the problem.

I suggest that you go to the program and features under programs installed and check if there are any associated with IntelliPoint software or any software application related to the mouse installed. In the affirmative, please go ahead and uninstall them and then try to install the driver software IntelliPoint 8.2 in compatibility mode as stated in my previous post dated 22 December 2014. • Notebook optical mouse 3000 does not totally work with Windows 7

laptop optical mouse 3000 not totally work as it is in win 7 64 bit, but very well under win xp.

Hi, a problem with my laptop optical mouse 3000 with windows 7 64 bit.

the problem is that I am not able to scroll in the yahoo mail Inbox and in the Favorites of google chrome, but others such as scrolling through site Internet is fine. Makes me kind of stay away from windows 7 and stick to windows xp.
Another thing, it was that the experience with movement/pointer speed in windows 7 64 bit was totally different. experience with the speed of movement/pointer is at the time when I uninstall the driver and use the default windows HID-compliant driver.
all this problem never encounter in windows xp.
I doubt it could be the driver problem.
I tried to reinstall windows, reinstall intellipoint, reinstalling a newer version of intellipoint (7.10.344.0), but it does not help.
What should I do now? wait for a newer driver for notebook optical Mouse-mouse 3000?
I hope someone could fix that.

  • Lose the Microsoft optical mouse settings

Whenever I have reset my computer my mouse wheel to reset to 15 lines/click. I can't imagine that so many users want so high that it become the default, but what I can do to get the system of remember I want the value 1?

It's a Microsoft Optical mouse.  In addition, a person will have to tell me how to learn more on this subject.  (Yes, I'm clicking on apply and exit properly...)

I swapped the Microsoft mouse for some orphan one from the bottom of a pile of parts.
    It works very well.

I am also very happy to get rid of the incredibly bad design from a mouse that has button fronts that record a click when it comes in contact with a corner of the keyboard.

  • Miscrosft Optical Mouse 3000 - rubber sticky?

    Hey guys,.

If the rubber on my optical mouse 3000 has become really sticky after a little over a year of occasional use.

Fortunately, I bought 2 at the time (1 for my laptop) and another for another computer that I end up using so I decided replace the sticky with a new one.

Well, it turns out, the new brand is slightly sticky as well.

Is there a way to remove this rigidity? I would like to ask for a replacement, but since has been more than a year, it is out of warranty.

    Do I have other options?

    Thanks in advance

  • Microsoft comfort optical mouse 3000

Is it possible to open and clean the inside of this mouse? A drink was spilled on it and the left clicker sticks...

    Hi Izzy_dead,

    Thanks for posting answers.microsoft.com

If you open the mouse, I'm not sure you'd be able to get the equipment working again.    If you open the mouse with a small screwdriver and use a q-tip with possibly a liquid cleaning on tiptoe, you won't might be able to get the mouse working again after the back together.  The mouse is an optical mouse and the chances are that the drink that spread on the mouse caused the sensor do fail or show signs of failure.  It might be the mouse is already a failure and cleanup would not solve the problem, it could try to clean the mouse would be the only option other then buy a different mouse.  The sensors are the question dispute you, it is the Commission circuit unlike ps2 mice who have been able to open and clean the dust easily of.

    Hello

-Were there any changes made to the computer before the show?

-What is the brand and model of the mouse?

-What is the brand and model of the computer?

I would suggest trying the following steps and check.

    Method 1: Convenience hardware store

Run the hardware on the computer troubleshooting utility to resolve any hardware related issues.

Open the hardware and devices Troubleshooter

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/open-the-hardware-and-devices-Troubleshooter

    Method 2:

Uninstall the drivers of the computer mouse.

    a. click Start , type Device Manager in the start search box then press ENTER.

    (b) this will open Device Manager.

    c. navigate to the mouse and pointing device, right click on the device that you see under the mouse and pointing devices and click on Uninstall.

    d. restart the computer

After the reboot, Windows will automatically try to download and install the latest drivers for the mouse. If that fails, then download the latest drivers from the mouse on the computer manufacturer site.

    For reference:

Updated a hardware driver that is not working properly
