AUTOFILL DIGITAL SEQUENCE

Spreadsheet Numbers: how, please, can I fill a single column in a single digital series from 1400 and goes to 3000?

in the cell where 1400, replace the contents with:

= 1400 + Row)

Suppose that it is cell A2

shortcut for this:

A2 = 1400 + Row)

Select cell A2, copy

Select cells A2 at the end of the column, paste

  • what you get when the sequence is used as output, tension or strain?

    Mr President

    I m using scxi1520 with watchkeeping configuration, by setting the entry like strain, what value I get is not strain that I calculated analytically. someone told me that what value you get by that is tension not strain, I calculate strain from here by the formula.

    I don't get that this is strain or tension.

    I have an extensometer of 120 ohms with two gage factor. Please clear my doubt I have with this as soon as possible.

    Think about the data being represented in different ways.  Your contribution is the strain.  The strain gauge that converts resistance.  The bridge becomes the resistance a tension.  An amplifier multiplies by a constant tension and perhaps subtracts an offset.  The analog digital converter changes the analog voltage to a sequence of tension with two possible values (0 to 5 V) at every moment in the (digital) sequence.  The computer processes these digital tensions as numbers that have a strong correlation with the amplitude of the analog voltage.

    But you try to measure the deformation, so you don't really care voltage analog or digital, except that need to know the relationship between them and the original strain.

    Your tension measures data acquisition system. You must provide conversion from units of the strain through calibration.

    A normal sequence of Oracle is purely digital.

    You can do it programmatically, but why bother?

    What gives you that is not satisfied by a normal digital sequence a sequence like this?

  • Repeating the trigger with Start.Retriggerable

    I have a DAQ PCI-6259 (M-series card) card I am programming with DAQmx. I would like to know if there is a limit in terms of how close together you can use Extensible triggers. I intend to use a frequency of internal clock to 1us. An asynchronous external TTL signal will be used to trigger a finite sequence of digital output of the 6259. The finished digital sequence is 4 samples of long, so it will take 4us. The edges of the asynchronous trigger will happen on every 100us. I intend to use the property Start.Retriggerable = TRUE trigger so that I can repeat this generation 4 sample every time the external TTL signal is received.

    Is 100us too close together? Is there a limit to how closely together, you can repeat a hardware trigger when using Start.Retriggerable = TRUE?

    Is it possible to know if my card PCI-6259 even supports the property trigger Start.Retriggerable?

    100 US will be very well (time to rearm is the order of a tick or two, 10 timebase s ~ ns).

    However, the M series supports digital output directly redeclenchables not.  Instead, configure a redeclenchables counter finished output to generate impulses 4 to 1 MHz (this example uses two counters embedded M-series).  Use the output of the internal counter as the sample for a task of digital output clock continuous who will repeat your 4 sample sequence.

  • Advancing the APEX by 'Next year' calendar year or "Prev".

    I have a standard calendar, and I added two buttons:

    [< < Prev] and [next > >], on each side of the [< Prev] and [Next >] buttons that currently exist.

    I want these two new buttons to advance the calendar by 'years' not 'months '.

    I am new to APEX and SQL, but I'm learning! My first thought is, duplicating the existing 'next' and 'Prev' process on the page that currently advancing the calendar in 1 month and progress in 12 months.

    The problem is, when I look at the source of these buttons, they point to the following processes as appropriate:

    htmldb_util.increment_calendar;
    htmldb_util.decrement_calendar;

    I can't find where this 'process' resides in the file system, or how it's pass the data to the process (for example, the 'Next' process should tell the htmldb_util.increment_calendar function to increment the Px_CALENDAR_DATE of 1 month, and the 'Prev' process must decremrement by 1 month.

    Any ideas on how to a htmldb_util.increment_calendar use of increment 12 months, or to copy the process and change to advance in 12 months?

    Appreciate any ideas (although it seems that this should have been a standard).

    An alternative, a way to use the format "Date Picker" (where you select the month AND YEAR), and then select a button 'Go '?

    In addition, appreciate any ideas!

    How overflow works? how the two clauses are implemented PCTTHRESHOLD and INCLUDING.how they work?

    Published by: Juhi on October 22, 2008 13:09

    I'm sort of tempted to simply point you in the direction of the official documentation (concepts guide would be a start. See http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B28359_01/server.111/b28318/schema.htm#sthref759)

    But I would say one or two other things.

    First, physical ROWID not is not physically stored. I don't know why you would think they were. Certainly the ROWID data type can store a rowid if you choose to do, but if you do something like "select rowid from scott.emp", for example, you will see the ROWID that are generated on the fly. ROWID is a pseudo-column, not physically stored anywhere, but calculated each time as needed.

    The difference between a physical rowid and logic used with IOT boils down to a bit of relational database theory. It is a rule in melting of relational databases that a line, once inserted into a table, must never move. In other words, the identifier that is assigned at the time of his first insertion, must be the rowid he "keeps" for ever and ever. If you ever want to change the assigned lines in an ordinary table ROWID, you must export them, truncate the table, and then reinsert them: Insert charges, fees rowid. (Oracle bend this rule for various purposes of maintenance and management, according to which 'allow the movement of line"allows lines without a table, but the general case is still valid for most).

    This rule is obviously hopeless for the index structures. It was true, an index entry for "Bob" which is updated to "Robert" would find next to the entries for 'Adam' and 'Charlie', even though she now has a value of 'R '. Effectively, 'line' a 'b' in an index must be allowed to "move" a sort of 'r' of the block if it's the kind of update that takes place. (In practice, an update to an index entry consists of performing a delete followed by a re - insert, but the physicalities do not change the principle: 'lines' in an index must be allowed to move if their value is changed; rows of a table do not move, no matter what happens to their values)

    An IOT is, at the end of the day, simply an index with columns much more in it that a 'normal' index would - he, too, has thus allow its entires (his 'rows', if you like) to move. Therefore, an IOT cannot use a standard ROWID, which is assigned only once and forever. Instead, one must use something that takes into account that its lines may wander. It's the logical rowid. It is not more 'physical' as a physical rowid - or are physically stored anywhere. But a 'physical' rowid is invariable; a logic is not. Logic, it is actually built in part of the primary key of the ITO - and this is the main reason why you can never get rid of the primary key on the IOT constraint. Be allowed to do would be to you to destroy an organizing principle for its content which has an IOT.

    (See the section called "The virtual ROWID" and continued on this page: http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B28359_01/server.111/b28318/datatype.htm#CNCPT1845)

    IOT so their data stored inside in the primary key order. But they only contain the primary key, but all the other columns in the definition of 'table' too. Therefore, just as with an ordinary table, you might sometimes find data on columns that are NOT part of the first key - and in this case, you might well these columns non-primary keys are indexed. Therefore, you create ordinary index on those columns - at this point, you create an index in an index, really, but it's a secondary question, too! These additional indices are called 'secondary index', simply because they are "subsidiary clues" in the main proceedings, which is the 'picture' himself laid out in the primary key order.

    Finally, a split block of sheets is simply what happens when you have to make room for the new data in an index block which is already filled to overflowing with the existing data. Imagine an index block may not contain four entries, for example. Fill you with entries for Adam, Bob, Charlie, David. Now, you insert a new record of 'Brian '. If it's a table, you can take Brian to a new block you like: data from a table have no positional sense. But the entries of an index MUST have positional significance: you can't just throw MC Bean and Brian in the middle of a lot of Roberts, bristling. Brian DOIT pass between the existing entries for Bob and Charlie. Still you can not just put him in the middle of these two, because then you'd have five entries in a block, not four, which we imagined for the moment to be maximally allowed. So what to do? What you do is: get an empty block. Move Charlie and David entries in the new block. Now you have two blocks: Adam-Bob and Charlie David. Each has only two entries, so each has two 'spaces' to accept new entries. Now you have room to add in the entry for Brian... and if you end up with Adam-Bob-Brian and Charlie David.

    The process of moving the index entries in a single block in a new one so that there is room to allow new entries to be inserted in the middle of existing ones is called a split of block. They occur for other reasons too, so it's just a brilliant of them treatment, but they give you the basic idea. It's because of splits of block that indexes (and thus IOT) see their 'lines' move: Charlie and David started in a single block and ended up in a completely different block due to a new (and completely foreign to them) Insert.

    Very well, infinity is simply a means of segregation of data in a separate table segment that would not reasonably be stored in the main segment of the ITO himself. Suppose that you are creating an IOT containing four columns: one, a digital sequence number; two, a varchar2 (10); three, a varchar2 (15); and four, a BLOB. Column 1 is the primary key.

    The first three columns are small and relatively compact. The fourth column is a blob of data type - so it could be stored whole, multi-gigabyte-size monsters DVD movies. Do you really want your index segment (because that's what an IOT really is) to ball to the huge dimensions, every time that you add a new line? Probably not. You probably want 1 to 3 columns, stored in the IOT, but column 4 can be struck off the coast to a segment on its own (the overflow segment, actually) and a link (in fact, a physical rowid pointer) can bind to the other. Left to himself, an IOT will cut each column after the a primary key when a record that threatens to consume more than 50% of a block is inserted. However, to keep the main IOT small and compact and yet still contain data of non-primary key, you can change these default settings. INCLUDE, for example, to specify what last non-primary key column should be the point where a record is split between "keep in IOT" and "out to overflow segment." You could say "INCLUDE COL3" in the previous example, so that COL1, COL2 and COL3 remain in the IOT and only COL4 overflows. And PCTTHRESHOLD can be set at, say, 5 or 10 so that you try to assure an IOT block always contains 10 to 20 saves - instead of the 2 you would end up with default if 50% of kicks.

  • Automatically load a sequence based entered digital file to USE

    Hello

    I have question where I need to test 8 different DUT, one at a time, but it should automatically load the sequence file based on the digital inputs of the connection block of the UUT.  Each object to be measured has a coonector to the construction of the box where all the e / s is related to the material OR

    3 specific entries of my digital I/o card will show that USE is connected.  When the object to be measured is connected to a card the next logical state of e/o / s will tell USE which must be tested.

    0 0 0--> UUT 1

    0 0 1--> UUT 2

    0 1 0--> UUT 3

    1 1 0--> DUT 4

    1 0 0--> UUT 5

    1 0 1--> UUT 6

    1 1 0--> UUT 7

    1 1 1--> UUT 8

    How testand can load the specific sequence based on above of the digital I/o logic States. Can it be done in the process template? I am also building a simple operator TS interface on labview.

    Concerning

    VERP

    You will need to create a code for this function. You will need to read these digital I/o, select the file in the appropriate sequence.

    You need to open this file in sequence by using the ApplicationMgr.OpenSequenceFile method.

    Set the SequenceFileViewMgr.SequenceFile property with the open movie file reference. Then when you press the buttons of the chosen sequence Entry Point will be executed.

  • Multiple digital cameras photo sequence

    What is the recommended way to create a single, the command sequence is a series of photos taken with several digital cameras?

    In the program photo, that it is easy to create a single sequence of display etc. but as soon as it is exported to an external device e.g. stick of memory, etc to Ext HD, photos are again classified by device and not as a single date sequence. Name change for example in a single 1 - xxx series seems not to solve the problem and stripping as well data Exif using the 'Properties' installation window did not work for me.

    It must be a very common nowadays problem, and I would be recognizing "best practices", by which we can choose the entire series in order of required image, rename the sequence and export it to the new sequence.

    Thank you

    Yes which really comes down to the file system used on the device export you it.  If it is running NTFS (very unlikely), he could see all the metadata and fate by it.  But probably he can't see the names once you exported.

    Thank you for your participation in the communities of Support from Apple.

    Looks like you're wondering why the Keychain Access has entries called metadata Safari auto-fill credit card.

    This set point is used by Safari to store information used by the credit card AutoFill. In this case, it probably contains information on credit card numbers you entered in Safari, but has not saved for use with AutoFill - as the last 4 digits of the card number. If you remove the elements, Safari could offer to save credit card numbers the next time that they are used when you buy something online.

    For more information on the use of auto-fill, see Safari 6/7 (Mavericks): automatically fill for passwords, credit cards and more.

    Sincerely.
