  Welcome to the communities of Apple Support!   Looks like you and your husband are exploring new effects of iMessage with iOS 10.   If the animation occurs on your husband's iPhone, him having check its settings reduce Motion in settings > general > accessibility.   If the Motion to reduce is enabled (green button), turn this setting off.

  I updated my iPhone 6 more (64 GB) at ios10.0.1. My question is related to iMessage how to turn off the digital automatic saveing to the touch icons?

  All the friend of my friends have an option under each button to explicitly save a digital key, otherwise it will be deleted after 2 minutes. Unfortunately I do not have this option, but it is always saved automatically.

  Please help me find the option to disable AutoSave.

  HI - try the following steps, which can also help address other issues:

  • In the Contacts application on your iPhone:
    • Verify that you have set up a contact card for your friend and it contains their iPhone phone number and email address Apple ID.
    • Check that your own contact card contains your phone number iPhone and Apple ID email address.
  • Check that you have added your friend to the friends list on your Apple Watch:
    • On your iPhone, in the application of the Watch: Watch My > friends.
    • To add more friends: friends list > add friend > tap someone in the contacts list.
  • On your iPhone and Apple Watch, remove old iMessage conversations with your friend:
    • iPhone: app Messages > swipe to the left on a message thread > delete.
    • View: Open the Messages app (from the home screen, which is accessible by pressing the digital Crown) > swipe to the left on a message thread > tap on Trash / delete.
  • Set new conversations of Messages from your iPhone phone number:
    • iPhone: settings > Messages > Send and receive > scroll to start new Conversations of > choose your iPhone phone number.
  • Check the email addresses to which you can be reached via iMessage:
    • iPhone: settings > Messages > Send and receive > under you are reachable by iMessage to > allow email address Apple ID (with a scale) (do not enable others who are not only yours).
  • On your iPhone in the app Watch: Watch My > general > reset > press reset sync data:
    • You won't see anything happen after pressing it (the process runs in the background, invisible to the user).
    • Wait a minute or two, so that the data of contacts up to date on your watch.
  • Disable and re-enable iMessage on your iPhone:
    • iPhone > settings > iMessage > enable/disable / enable again.
  • Restart your iPhone and your watch (turn the two together off the coast, then restart your iPhone first):
    • To turn off your watch: press and hold the button side until you see the cursor off the power; slide it to turn off. To restart: press and hold the side button until you see the logo.
  • To send a Digital Touch:
    • Press the side button on your watch > choose your friend (turn the digital Crown and then press the icon or image in the middle of the screen) > tap the digital touch (finger pointing).
    • Send a sketch (drawing on the screen with your finger), a tap (tap the screen once or more) or your heart rate (place two fingers on the screen until you see and feel your heart rate).

• Outlook Express automatically 'spam' messages... deleted?

  When Outlook Express download since my mail server it automatically deletes messages, that he sees as spam and I swallowed in a folder that opens temporarily out of the deleted items folder, and then exits.  But I never find where these downloaded messages and missing persons are passed (and they are not in the McAffee Spam folder).  Where these messages go and how can I find them?

  OE and McAfee do not work well together.  See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3 at a minimum, you must disable the analysis of e-mail and antispam functionality and then remove your e-mail account and add it back again.  Then OE should work better.  Even better would be to remove McAfee and get something less invasive such as www.microsoft.com/security_essentials .  But this isn't a matter of OE you meet, but rather a McAfee publishes.  The messages are probably removed from the file and place the file is filled with zeros there where the messages were - that has been my experience anyway.  But then the OE database is not in agreement with what is actually there, and things OE even deleted messages from McAfee are still there.

  My AutoCorrect has disappeared!  I used to be able to type text messages and suggested words would appear as well as a selection of two other suggested words but now it does not display anything!  Help!

  Maybe you closed the bar which offers suggested words.

  When you type a response, pick up a small horizontal line immediately below the text entry field. Touch and drag upwards to open the tray again once.

  Also check your keyboard settings:

  • Settings > general > keyboards:
    • Check that automatic and predictive Correction are turned on.

• Why my digital touch is not to my wife watch?

  My wife Gets the hand that I send him.  But I can receive his without problem?

  My son and daughter in law both get my keys.  Not sure why it isn't?

  Even though I've updated my watch and my touch hers never happen on his watch.  She is able to receive the keys of

  Try the following steps:

  • In the Contacts application on your iPhone:
    • Check that the power plug for your wife contains the iPhone phone number and its own address email ID Apple (and none of your details).
    • Check that your contact card contains only your Apple ID email address and your own iPhone number.
  • On your iPhone, go to: settings > Mail, Contacts, calendar > in the Contacts section, check my Info using your contact card.
  • On your iPhone, go to: settings > general > Siri > My Info - make sure your contact card is selected.
  • Check that you have added your wife to the friends list on your Apple Watch using its correctly completed contact card:
    • On your iPhone, in the application of the Watch: Watch My > friends.
  • Remove the old iMessage conversations with your wife on your iPhone and Apple Watch:
    • iPhone: app Messages > swipe to the left on a message thread > delete.
    • View: Open the Messages app (from the home screen, which is accessible by pressing the digital Crown) > swipe to the left on a message thread > tap on Trash / delete.
  • Set new conversations of Messages from your iPhone phone number:

• Thunderbird 38.2.0 does not automatically check messages

  After the upgrade to Version 38.2.0, Thunderbird checks is no longer automatically messages even if it is set to do so every 10 minutes and the fact that very well since "forever".
